Chris, first of all wishing you a swift, full recovery. Jumping 43" while being in such pain and having gone through all that shit is an amazing achievement that most of us would never be able to even dream of even at 200% top condition. I don't believe that an athlete of your caliber needs any protein powders, creatine or pre-workouts and I am convinced that everything you have achieved is due to your hard work and dedication, and no stupid powders whatsoever. Stay healthy and keep inspiring us!

So do you not take creatine anymore? I was probably gonna start taking it when I do my next mesocycle around new years since I’ve heard it might help jump performance. Not that your story has scared me, im just curious about how much of an effect creatine has had on your own jumping ability.

I haven’t taken creatine since then. I need to make sure my kidneys don’t get worse. Might experiment with it again in the future, but it might be time to cut that out of my routine for good to ensure my CKD doesn’t progress to stage 3

Never have I nor will I ever take any sort of PED. I take pride in being 100% natural. I don’t even take pre-workouts with IGF-1 in it because I like to follow NCAA rules, even though I’ve been out of college for a while now. Protein powder, creatine and pre workout is all I’ve ever used 👍🏽
