I continue to explore Valning and what I discover is quite disturbing. Something terrible obviously happened in Valning when the outbreak occured. The number of infected and dead is like nothing I've encountered so far. There was obviously large military involvement.
Valning is turing out to be quite a large map and fairly sparse in terms of villages, the countryside is quite nice and proving to be quiet.

@@rucifail I blitzed a dude with a 20 round mag of armor piercing rounds which was great but yeah, a gun that is cursed and a gun I want to hold.

This is a community server running very few mods. Vanilla++, Trolley Carts and maybe one or two others. They turn down fruit spawning and claim it's more hardcore, but I don't know if it really is that much tougher or not.
