If Jeffree was really her friend he’d be the kind of friend that he is to everyone else, including his subs, he’d tell it to her how it is! Jeffree has one of the most honest blunt mouths on the internet and the fact he hasn’t told his friend that she looks disgusting and needs help tells me he ain’t really much of a friend at all.

It wouldn’t work, friends have tried to get her to recover in the past and she has only cut them off. Losing whatever is left of her social life at this point would be worse on her mental health. Also, unfortunately she has been malnourished for decades and many people who are well educated in this disorder believe she is well past the point of a physical recovery. I think people are just being kind to her for whatever time she has left.

I actually thought this at first too, but I saw in another clip where they actually clicked on her profile and it was her profile. That being said it doesn't mean she was actually the person on her profile. It could have been Jeffree gifting himself. I find it weird cuz she just sent a gift nothing in the chat
