The entire section of gameplay from 57:47 to 1:04:13 is a reference to "FAITH: The Unholy Trinity", a game developed by AirdorfGames and published by New Blood, who also published ULTRAKILL! The core gameplay principles, artstyle, and even text-to-speech voice are all from FAITH, and the Areanea bossfight in this style is a reference specifically to a fight later in FAITH's storyline. EDIT: Upon further inspection, the "SPIRITUAL AWAKENING" achievement's description is "May your woes be many, and your days few.", which is a direct refence to the line Gabriel says when you defeat him in ULTRAKILL.

You've been playing some fangames with mechanics I've never seen before lately, that meme papyrus fight with the teleporting and now this with the boxing! So cool!

This entire thing makes me happy. We've got references to Earthbound/ the Halloween Hack, memes in general, Faith: The Holy Trinity... I love this. Absolute masterpiece. And the fact that Merg played it makes it better, somehow. Always has, and I think it always will.

I've been looking up some basic things about La Jupo, nothing too deep, most definitive thing I've seen is that it translates to "the underskirt" or something similar to that, something weird I also found though, is that in the same google search, it said that "Jupo" in Japan is apparently used as an inappropriate "sound effect" during intimacy in manga, or something like that.

Fun fact: Walle was my dog irl before he passed away, and bloodfist named this dog walle to forever honor him in memory. Just goes to show how awesome these guys are! Honestly, this looks like it'd be a blast to play! I thought it'd be one of those games that is just has a high skill level, but no-hit's do seem plausible, great job to the team on this one, it was a job well done!

When undertale (duh), ultra kill, and for some reason faith: tut all got fucked up on a ton of illicit substances and made a baby, the resulting abomination got the homestuck sense of humour I'd imagine it would look something like this. Honestly incredible game and being tied to undertale is just barely even there if we overlook the battle system. Did not expect faith, absolutely didnt expect the story to actually be good after all that memeage.
