No there isn't. At any time. After the stage of the machine where you scan your passport and answer the questions, as a newcomer, the system will not detect you. At the next stage, they will direct you to the immigrant area, you will wait your turn with other people, then they will give you your residence card or your study or work permit.

The staff at this airport make it Extremely, clear that they do not like immigrants, or people that don’t speak French Canadian. This is a fact.
