What Happens if My Asylum Case is Denied?

If your asylum case is denied and you are still in status such as an F1 or J1, then you can continue on your previous status. If you are not in status, you will have to go to immigration court for deportation proceedings.
If you have to go to immigration court, you will have to prove your case to an immigration judge. This will be much harder than your initial interview.

They denied me my EAD. Because my clock stopped and my attorney was preparing for filing. Can I file a motion to reconsider or sue them? This is a rule I heard you explain in one of your videos. I have waited for so long to receive my EAD and they end up not giving me

I would like to know one thing,if I'm F1 holder and I don't go to school first , then I apply the apply and I got denied , So can I still go to college?

As an F1 student you have to keep your status current which is to complete about 12-15 course semester credit. If you don’t go to school then you have violated the F1 rules and you can be deported and canceled your F1 visa.

What if i started using my Asylum EAD, and asylum eventually gets denied after interview can I fall back to my f1 status ?

So funny story. My boyfriend is in USA now, his tourist visa has expired and thought to apply for asylum. Yet, no one is running after him in his home coutry. He will think and lie of a "situation" with his attorney why he can't be in his home country while everything is perfectly fine there. None's chasing him. It makes me angry that he will waste money and time lying to USA in order to get something he doesn't actually need. Is there a possibility they might actually believe him? How can i deport him? 😂
