It doesn't affect the quest, you still have to get the museum gear. I just really like walking around in power armor and got this dialogue on accident, I still had to grab the mini gun and enter the T45 at the museum roof or the quest won't complete.

Sturges should have replaced Preston Garvey, he was a cool guy.

I am despising this Shorts format more and more. People turn a 5 second video into a 50 second video by just repeating random irrelevant nonsense to pad out the length. laser musket is the worst rifle in the game.

So in every game that respect player you have different line of dialogue to award you for exploring or foresight, but here you have just treating player like moron with sinple code lines like "if player have nothing dialogue=nornal if player have one thing only one part of dialogue will change." Uhhh not every game is Witcher 3 I see... They had so much time and game is such a terrible mess if you start to think too much.
