Thank you I think. Well thank you for explaining both sides. There are a billion vids on the respondent side only a few on petitioner side. Sorta sucks I think they the respondent side are coming with lawyer in toe. I am not. I don’t want to f this up. So here we go.

My relative is bipolar and got an ex parte RO against me, even though I saw her for less than 24 hours in the last 3 years and live in another state. Im shocked at how easy it was for her to do.

What happens if respondent doesn't make a response letter in the hearing

@Angel: If the Respondent does not appear at all, and has been timely and properly served, the Court would usually grant the relief requested by the Petitioner as a default order. If the Respondent appears, and has not filed a written response, the hearing may go forward on the testimony of the Respondent in open Court. It might also be continued to allow for a written response. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

This is the reason why woman file first for divorce, because if you don't response you will loose badly. My advised flighted if you loose you loose....but you can also win

My ex wife served me because she wanted to leave in my house for free of rent, for a year. SHE GOT IT, AFTER MY DIVORCE WAS FINALIZED IN A MONTH LATER I KICKED HER OUT OF MY HOME...I GOT HER EVICTED..Woman would lie about anything...My house was separate property that i bought before marriage, and had paid for 100 percent myself...so she didn't not get to stay a year free of rent...

I didn’t went to the hearing because my idiot lawyer didn’t told me nothing and I called him hey we should go to the hearing and nada .What is going to happen at the 1 year mark ?!
