If I remember correctly, there’s an island full of wild ponies that were being transported on a ship to another country. The ship sank and a lot of the horses swam for several miles to the nearest island and then just stayed there and repopulated. They’re called chincoteaque ponies or something like that. Again, could be totally remembering that wrong but it’s fascinating stuff!

Assuming each time you dig it counts as a cubic meter. you dug 118 cubic meters (shown in the video) According to United States law the first unlawful cubic meter dug is a $1,000 fine and all subsequent violations within a 3 year period are $3,000. So according to the footage shown in the video, you would owe $352,000 in unlawful digging fees. Additionally 10 trees were shown chopped down in the video. Watching you break every block twice (breaking it into a slant, then breaking it again) physically hurt. If you break alternating blocks, then backtrack and break the remaining blocks, you won't slant them, and will just break the entire block in two hits, rather than four, so you only need to break them once, cutting your time down emmensely

Ironically enough, one of my islanders mentioned that they wanted to build a moat around their house so they could live on an island on an island.

Small tip: to remove cliffs faster, leave the corners for the end. Then you won't curve the corners and won't have to hit them twice.

Quick suggestion! If you want to remove a lot of cliffs, dig in columns. It's much faster and you only dig each block once!

1. you are an absolute Mad Lad and I applaud you for doing this, my guy. 2, Wish instead of the painstaking terraforming one section at a time you could have a preview mode where you could just do it sims style where you just drop and drag or make a blue print and then you just have to fill it in. Like you go into a blue and white colored mode where everything's on a grid and everything is movable and destructible so you can plan out the design of your island better. Would really help and make the decoration process so much easier.

Oh sweetheart... When you're destroying cliffs, skip the first row, and tear down every other row. It keeps it from rounding off, and effectively cuts the effort in half..

I have a trick for you if you flatten your island. Instead of taking down every block by itself you can shape out rows of 3 blocks. Then you round the both edges and the middle block will just fall too. So you need per 3 blocks just 2 hits instead of 6. Its a lot faster, also works for just a row of 2 blocks

tip: its quicker to skip a line every time you remove a large secion of cliffs so it wont remove only half the block

This would be tedious, but the cool part would be is that after you flood it you can shape your Island layout however you like.
