This is a season of firsts for us, and although off-road racing isn't a first for us anymore, the Mint 400 in Las Vegas was. The city pulls out all the stops and really puts on a Vegas-style show in town for the visitors. First on our list was the parade of cars down the Las Vegas strip. They block off a section of Las Vegas Blvd and parade the race cars down the strip. Our friends had been there before and knew exactly where to view the parade. We visited Freemont Street and the Mint 400, then it's off to Pahrump for some more boondocking!

I really like your style of traveling,,,I am a truck driver and I have been around big trucks for about 45 yrs,,,This is the only way to pull an RV,,I watch all your videos and I enjoy them all,,I have been looking at regular heavy duty pick up trucks and cost too much,,,Just a little more and you can have a truck to handle what you want to pull,,,You two stay safe and NEVER LOOSE YOUR FOCUS ON GOD!!!!

Wow, kudos to you guys for rolling big red through that town! Last time I was through there was 2007 with family in tow. It was brutal in a minivan 🙂

Great video! Jim and Kellie! Thank you for coming here to meet up with me. Thank you for mentioning me in video. I had fun and I wish I asked how your ribs were but glad you mentioned in the video. Nice seeing the cars from the race and I know they had been having that race here for years. I worked with someone whose relative was in the race years ago. Hope you had a nice time with your friend in Pahrump. It’s 80 degrees today but going to drop down over the weekend. To 63 or so. One more week til Easter. Going by fast. Hi guys!! Vegas has never been a place we've wanted to go. Dont gamble or party either!! Hubby is retiring the last Thursday in May, and we are hitting the road June 3rd. Going to Idaho for 2 weeks, then going to Montana for 2 weeks. After that is up in the air. We are so excited to hit the road again!! Safe travels...💜

Great Video, When in Vegas area we use the Canyon Trails RV Park in Boulder City. It might be a good option or you guys as an alternative, Safe Travels and keep the videos coming.

Jim there is good riding around Pahrump And place called Amagosa Dunes That is really good riding. And then, if you come down towards highway 127 which passes by Dumont Dunes I have been there a bunch of times The Dunes, they are so high they will scare you You going to say who the hell climbs that. I am one of them And is practically free camping just $40 a week Enjoy have fun

Never hurts to put in a couple dollars you might walk away with millions😊 I typically stay on the outskirts of Vegas enjoy swimming and the warm weather. Especially during Colorado winter. I enjoy the show's and entertainment. Safe travels!

Might be out of your price range, not sure, but go looking for the videos about the Spacecraft trailer at last year's Tampa RV show. The guy had the design a garage & charging station for his electric car. All solar. 😊
