I travel to Vegas a lot for work as I work for a private jet company. I absolutely love Golden Steer! Never really enjoyed the filet of beef but I’ll swear by their New York strip it’s the best in Vegas hands down and I usually get a chicken parm to go afterwards lol great video

Wow, I almost fell over when I saw the thumbnail of this video! A collab I never thought I needed! What an amazing duo! It was fun to see a collab video, Shin, you have a different energy than your solo videos and I like it! That place is amazing, I went 10 years ago (before reservations were hard to get) and I imagine it's still as good! One of the best caesar salads I have ever had and they ribeye so juicy and flavorful. Next time I go, I know I must get a lobster tail! Thanks for a fun vid!!

WOW! That menu is as simple as it gets. TAKE note Fountain Blu club steakhouse with its 100 different menu items. SIMPLE is USUALLY always better when it comes to a Steak House, plus no rave music playing in the background. Thank you SHIN! I enjoyed this one! 5 out of 5 for me! - FUN FACT: They dip there cut lemons (not the quarter slice though just the half cut) in butter then refrigerate over night for next days service. If you notice at 6:00 you will see the half cut lemon is coated in something and that is the butter baby! Most people don't even realize it because you never assume it is and just squeeze and go. It is those little things that make this place amazing and dipping those lemons is straight out of the 50's cook book!

I've never heard of Norma, and I always thought Ruby from Travel Ruby was called "the queen of Las Vegas" lol but hey, always great to be introduced to new foodie channels or general food vlog channels etc. And congrats on your first collab Shin! I knew being not Elon Musk/Jeff Bezos would pay off man! I have to say, I really liked how you keep both of you in frame while tasting everything, which is a nice touch :) I have to admit, it's been about 30 years since I last was able to dine at The Golden Steer. Kind of great to know things are still top notch there, even if the prices are also top notch (though we've seen way worse obviously) lol

Great review and a great collaboration! Vegas has been my go to destination for 30 years and i watch both your channels to get a taste of tha vegas feel in between trips. This video is easily one of my favorites because of the easy interaction between both of you, the descriptions of the dishes as you try them, and honestly, norma' s happy shimmy as she tries each dish. Its endearing, and the genuine happy vibes you both give off made it a great video and I hope you'll do another in the future.

Golden Steer has always been a steak house I've wanted to try. It all looked fabulous 🌻

Mr. Shin, I was there last October and it was a cool place. Great ambiance and tasty food, but they missed the mark on service. The servers did not refill my coke, basically ignored us, and got the dessert wrong. It was $140 with tip and that was tough to swallow... Pardon the pun... LOL.

Shin, you have become my favorite blogger on KZfaq. I guess I've gotten used to you reviewing restaurants solo. Although your collabs are good, they don't allow you to give your full, detailed description of each dish you try. Your thorough thoughts on each dish is part of your charm, and it goes into my decision making for which restaurant to try next. So, will you be doing your Saturday reviews as mostly collabs or will you be doing some solos as well? I hope for the latter, but nevertheless, I still enjoy your videos greatly and look forward to them every week.

Love your video with Norma. Ya'll definitely need a channel together.. One thing I notice about Las Vegas in general is that they rarely have local beers. Mostly the common hyper brands. Normally a good steakhouse is going to do bare seasonings on the food to leave it up to the customer's preference.
