It's Ezekiel 48 that gives the details of all the tribes. Dan is mentioned first.

Wish this channel had more content like this, I feel like I’ve seen the same sermon half a dozen times on the longer form videos. And that replication exists for more than a single message.

I consider that his channel is made to reach as many people as possible. Viewers pop in and out, so this format is needed to fulfill this purpose, for his channel. Also, repeated lessons are thankfully received by many. Delving into the Word of God, repetition, and repeating is always a good thing. He is also an excellent teacher.

@@rhondabarreiro4545 I’ve been subscribed for years. My comment was simply a compliment to seeing content I haven’t seen yet from Dr. Barnett and preferring that over seeing a new thumbnail with a sermon I’ve seen 2-3 times now from 8 years ago.

I heard somewhere that the anti-christ comes from the tribe of Dan which is why it is not mentioned in the book of revelation?

The whole tribe wouldn't be condemned even if one gives birth or raises the antichrist. The tribe of Dan split along time ago during the enslavement of Israel/Judah by Babylon.. some of the Tribe of Dan were "boat people" and they escaped by sea...followed the coastline and landed on the shores of what is now Ireland where they were called by the inhabitants, the Firbolgs (fire headed people/fire peoples) ..tuatha de dannon which translates to Tribe of Dan. They warred then merged and that's why the Irish and Israeli share an odd cellular structure which made it difficult for the "black death" virus to attack the cells. The Tribe of Dan are the Judges...this is where i respectfully disagree with this sermon.. God wouldn't condemn an entire tribe for the actions of some..or the presence of the antichrist. Recall Abrahams conversation before Sodom

Hmm... I've learnt a different outcome. Both Dan AND Ephraim are not mentioned in that Revelation list. YET.... Jacobs Blessing for Dan (Genesis 49:16) says that, in the End Times, Dan will judge his people. Clearly those descendants will be pleasing the Lord. Also Ezekiel's map of the Millenium Kingdom also includes the land areas for Dan and Ephraim. The Lord's word to the prophet Hosea says that the Lord will restore the hearts of the descendants of the tribes of the Northern Kingdom. The Lord Jesus is doing this, and it is marvelous in our eyes. LEARN and LISTEN to the Old Testament prophets.

Thanks for reminding us of these facts found in Scriptures! I've heard Dan being rejected as in he wasn't named in the 144,000 . But then how can we accept this when he is mentioned that he will judge his people ? Also he receives his portion of land in Ezekiel 48 infact he is the first name mentioned. Our teachers seem to be missing something that isn't or hasn't been revealed yet. But the evidence is clear in the Bible. So why should we worry ourselves to find an answer to something that hasn't been said or implied in Scriptures? Doesn't Revelation say that we shouldn't add or take away?

@@ednadiaz4193 Amen to that. I'm learning from online sources wherever I can find them. So many church teachings I was taught, in the past, do not line up with the scriptures. So I have to search hard for the truth. Quite right that nothing should be "added". Yet so many teachers do! I'm checking everything by the scriptures now. Blessings to you.

No, Ephraim and Manasseh were the grandsons of Jacob and Jacob acknowledged them as family in that passage.

Genesis 48:2 Jacob formally adopts Ephraim and Manasseh into his family as his sons. So Joseph brings his children, that are not Jacob’s children, to Jacob where they are adopted into the House of Jacob just as the non-Jewish followers of Jesus are adopted, not replace the Jewish people, into the kingdom of God. Yet even those born to Jacob that practice idolatry who left their first station-their inheritance, are left out of the kingdom of heaven.

They can’t see or hear God’s words; they only listen to the traditions of man: They cannot understand that God spoke through prophets in times of old, but now he speaks through his Son, Jesus (Hebrews 1:1-2). They cannot see that God *_gave the Revelation to Jesus_* to show us the things to come (Revelation 1). They can't see that both God the Father and Jesus said that God the Father is the only true God (Isaiah 44:6, Isaiah 45:5, John 17:3). They cannot see that they must love God the Father _AND_ his Son, Jesus (1 John 5:1). They hate the truth that God brought forth and created Jesus from his foreknowledge (Proverbs 8:22-36, John 16 25-27). They don’t listen when Jesus says his teachings are not _his own,_ but God the Father’s (John 7:16-18). They can't hear and see that Jesus *ALWAYS POINTS* us to God his Father (John 20:17), and that he never speaks of himself but only what the Father has taught him (John 8:28). They cannot see or hear when Jesus said he lives by and because of the Father (John 6:57, John 5:26). Most only read John 1:1-3, but have never read John 12:49-50 which explains that Jesus speaks on behalf of the Father from beginning to end. Stop calling them liars or hell awaits. Amen.

Agreed! When they called Jesus good, he corrected them and said only God is good. (Mark 10:18) Also, “And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”. (Matt 3:17) Philippians 2 explains that Jesus was highly exalted but never as high as the Father. I trust the Word and love them both.

@@user-rj8py9ld3j There are a few of us! It’s amazing that John 3:16 is the most quoted scripture, yet people don’t take it at face value. They take the one verse, (when Jesus said if you’ve seen me, you’ve seen the Father), not understanding that they are united as one like a husband and wife are united, yet individual. The tribe of Dan is in Ireland: the Irish, and they are rejected as a tribe of Israel as they follow the Roman Catholic church, They are replaced by the half tribe of Manasseh. The Irish will follow the Beast Power.

"De" backwards to the laws of god again next time in the wilderness, [Jesus returns] or use "An" forward using faith in the truth as the true midst that crosses the water above to the right side east where Lord is true Love as all three names can resurrect Easter. Laws faith Love / Jesus Christ lord..then Easter to God. "Christ Jesus" goes in reverse because that is false faith in a Jesus that forsakes his followers as good and evil mixed is not o.k.. [pale horse] returns as good another time[s] to the past IS as a slave without.
