​@@user-iq5pj9cd9dارے بھائی یہ کونسی راکٹ سائنس ہے جو آپ کو سمجھ نہیں آ رہی ؟ لونگ ایک کھانے کی چیز ہے جو گرم مسالوں کا اہم جز ہے ۔آپ ایک وقت میں ایک لونگ منہ میں رکھ لیا کریں اس کا ذائقہ تھوڑا تلخ ہوتا ہے ۔ اس لیے اسے فوری طور پر چبانے سے گریز کریں اور منہ میں اس کی وجہ سے جو جوسسز ہیدا ہوتے ہیں وہ نگلتے رہیں اور جب اس کا ذائقہ پھیکا محسوس ہو تو بہتر ہے کہ اسے چبا کر پانی سے نگل لیں اس طرح یہ زیادہ فائدہ مند ہیں اور ہاں ایک ہی وقت میں دونوں لونگ اکٹھے کھانے کی بجائے بہتر ہے کہ ایک صبح میں اور دوسرا شام میں استعمال کر لیا کریں ۔ امید ہے بات سمجھ گئے ہوں گے اگر مزید کچھ پوچھنا ہو تو بندہ حاضر ہے ۔
