Hello ma'am, It's been almost 2 years since I have left an IT company. I've left within bond period but served notice period for 1 month instead of 3 months. I've recieved several notices about paying money and I've been officially absconded (mentioned in those notices) but I ignored them. Today I've recieved a legal document asking for the same from a law firm (India Law) I don't have any assets from company, they didn't give me PF and I've already been terminated. I'm not going to follow career in this field so not really need service letter/experience letter. What should I do?

Hi Ma'am I have absconded from a company since my vendor was changed internally and they had promised to increase salary but they had not made their promises and I got a good opportunity so I joined the other company but my previous employer is not ready to give experience letter and they are also not giving me the option to buy out notice period . I am worried about what to do with my future BGV selections and bgv process. Please suggest what to do now?

Hey I have resigned and Abscond from my 1st company to join 2nd company with better package. I have tried asking them for loss pay but they didnt reply. Now Issue arise that my 2nd company has purchased my 1st company and All the letterheads have been changed. They cannot issue Releiving letter or Take Loss pay due to Bank acc and everything old has been closed. In short( They are working under the old brand name but under new leadership) What should I do now and Should I mention 1st company work in my resume??

No company can stop you from resigning.. you are not a bonded slave. Just send yoie resignation to your manager or put it in the tool.. keep HR in cc.. tell them that yiu hv resigned on this date, notice period gets over on xyz date and you sgoukd get your rekease letter. No one czn stp u

@@SocialOnion When I approached them they has no morals to give reliving date on good note. Instead they just keep on saying that I have to code all the planned features ( which is a lot of work could take a year ) before leaving. Otherwise I cannot leave. I understand that the features are required to be completed but why they can't hire someone else for the same & free me. Instead stopping me. & making my resignation a bad experience by all means ?

It is a standard practice followed by all major MNC, banks, IT and ITes operating in india. now there are millions of companies.. i wont know about each and every of these million companies 🙂

Hi mam, in my company work culture is toxic and I want to leave now. However I have complete bond of 1.5yr. But i dont want to serve notice period nor have a buyout option. They said you will get all certificates after completion of notice period and replacement will be there, but from last december no employee could be hire for my profile. So, if I serve notice period completly still not replacement is there then whats guarantee that I will get my all certificates. Culture of work is not good and it effect my mental health. What can I do in this case. Plz reply if you read this 🙏. I commented on various channels but they cant response. Hope you will respond me.
