My joining date in X company is Oct 15, I requested my manager to change it to Oct 31, Because my old organization is not allowing me to relieve before 30. My X company manager agreed to it and then asked me to join 31 and start working from then, He informed me convey the same in the 15th October onboard call with HR and you can drop off. I did exact same but after few days when salary got credited I saw my joining date as 15 Oct not 31.I also joined Oct 31 Onboard Induction call, when I enquired this they said you are credentials are created on 15th oct so, that's why it is shwoing 15th oct on system, I bring this notice to my manager he said he will help me in changing the date. After few days I saw no response and later he moved to other organiation. I joined in MNC on behalf of my consultancy. It is third party payroll. I got better job, so am decided to join there but joining date is near. My notice period is 30 days i told to my consultancy i can serve 17 day's only. She accepted but telling MNC client is not accepting, she telling they will abscond u. What i need to do shall join new company or i need to serve notice period to that MNC. But offer letter issued by consultancy with their name only, they mentioned their notice period only. But client is not ready to reduction

It is a case of 2018, I started my job on 11 Sept 2018 and I have resigned on 22 Nov 2018 however my employer mentioned my exit date in my relieving letter is 15 Dec 2018.
