Mines gave me bags and helped me pack…month later cursed me out and been hovering ever since its been 3 months now

When I went to counseling with my xhusband it made things worse.so who's ever is planning on doing it,dont do it.

Thanks for this. I don’t know if my partner is narcissistic but I’m recognising lying, triangulation and then blaming when I react, and constant blame shifting and anger outbursts that also get blamed on me. And I suggested counselling - he agreed but hasn’t followed through. So I don’t think I’ll bother pursuing it with him. Getting the silent treatment / cold shoulder at the moment which is agonising but I have to stop trying to fix it. It’s all my fault anyway apparently

He has signs of a covert narc. They get worse when they go with you because, they don't want anyone to know what their really like. The counselor will help you get through it! Stay strong! I'll pray for you!
