How bad is not passing training on the resume.. because standard procedure is those who did not pass the training of the first account are let go. I do know not being regularized after 6 minths is as bad as termination in HR red flag.. but what about not passing training or resigning while on float?

Termination is possible in every stage of employment even when you're already regularized. It just depends on the degree of the offense or the decision of the management (hopefully with due process involved).

It depends on the gravity of the condition and what the account really needs. I'd like to answer your question but it is best to ask your trainer or manager. 🙏🏼💓

Hi ms. Rea i have a question. Hopefully you can help me. I was not able to pass the training so they decided to reprofile me but I declined because I have a transportation issue due to pandemic. So I asked them if they can just finish my contract but unfortunately I need to pass a resignation letter. I have been with them for 9 mons. But the training is only for 2mons since Im came from no work no pay status due to the pandemic. I'm a bit anxious about my next application because that was my first job. Should I tell them that I resigned rather than tell them that I didn't pass the training?

Hi ms. @Rea Ninja may I know if I had the chance because I did not pass the reprofile validation but t I fill up a contract with them and complete pass all the requirements and also the medical, but the validator say I cannot continue the employment thing, what does it mean. But I'm very confused because my start date was April 18 and also had a medical

Now i realized how hard the account that i've tried to pass during my call taking for 4 weeks and it seems that following most of the process in taking action for customer's concern would not easily sinks in my mind during the first 2 weeks.But even if i improved and doing my best to reach the quotas for metric percentages and make it high for the 3rd and 4th week,still i unluckily make it to the production floor.:(

Hi ma'am may i ask a question?.. I applied in a BPO company last week. And Im a senior high graduate.. and i pass on some of their exams but unfortunately in versant test i failed..... And the company informed me to keep my lines open because they gonna endorse me to the another account.... My first question is, do i have to wait for their further notice about my application?.... And my second question is how long does it takes to wait for the update?... And my third question is, How long will it takes until i can have their job offer?... Thank you so much in advance

It's up to you if you want to wait because there's really no time frame unless they tell you a specific date for the next round of tests for another account. If you can ask them about a date, better. If they don't say anything and you need a job asap, better start looking somewhere else.

Thank you so much for this vid. I’m actually nervous since I will be put in Telco account, I’ve been in Retail acc. But I heard a lot of them says that Telco account is the mother of all accounts, so therefore it must be very hard. My training will start this June 16. huhuhu Godbless self❤️

Hi miss rea. Nag apply po ako sa alorica ,nakapasa po sa initial interview. Tapos po nag skills enhancement training kami. On the last day of training po namin pinag initial interview po kami, out of da box questions like problems ng pilipinas😪😪 kaya lahat kami with my co-trainees di po nakapasa . At di po kami naka move forward sa last part which is languaset exam po.. 😪😪 may initial interview po talaga kahit training ?? Nakakadismaya po hays

@@maynarddayao1297 the person who refers you will get the bonus if you pass the training or a certain stage of training they require. If you refer someone else too and that person will pass, you will get the bonus.

I feel like I'm underperforming in my training. 3 months ang training at more than 1 month na natapos ko in a financial acct. Also, I feel like I have a very low chance to be endorsed. Marami kasi akong callout sa calls ko during training.. haha. 😅 I'm thinking of dropping out and try to look for another job that I can perform well. I feel there's no point in continuing. Derecho na ba ako magsabi sa HR or should I still tell it to my trainer? Tsaka wala naman nakasulat na training bond sa contract namin.

Is your supposed underperformance documented in writing na meron talagang nag feedback sayo na mentor or sup? If yes, you’re supposed to be given support or action plans para mag improve. If you quit now, won’t that affect your chances of employment at ano ang sasabihin mo sa next employer mo pag tinanong ka? 🙂 think about it and see if you can finish the 3 months muna

Kalat talaga yung mga callouts sakin. As in, halos lahat ng trainers sa account ko.. they're giving me side-eyes and dedma for over a week na. Even QAs are sidebarging my calls often. My mentor was supposed to talk to me about my callouts but she never continued. I feel really awkward about the situation. I never made a followup kasi parang asar sila sakin. But I still make an effort naman in my work. I'm surprised that I'm now for upskilling na. 1 month to go na lang before endorsement. Naghihinayang lang kasi ako na after 3 months, baka tanggalin na nila ako. Ako kasi yung pinakamabagal sa chats tapos pinakamaraming callouts sa voice. I just feel demotivated because of this.

Depende sa company kung ano next steps. Minsan may retake. Minsan wala na talaga. Reapply nalang.

Miss rea! I failed my training today :( I'm depressed! It's on sales account, i'm just not going to say the company name for their privacy but it's a sales account. I don't meet the qualifications of their standard and it made me think that i'm stupid or useless for not able to passed it. Until now i don't know what will happen or what to do next on my future. This is my first time on BPO industries and a fresh college graduate. What makes me hurt more so much is that is my dream company. 😥💔

hello po i'm a working student po since naapektuhan na po paga-aral ko i dedided not to continue na it po nesting na po ako but hindi pa kami nag-aasessment since nagkaroon kami vpn issue so nauna solo calls maganda po ba na magresign or bagsak na lng assessment first job ko po ito.
