I mean, if the "long run" is years, this isnt nearly as much of an issue as people make it out to be. Nice to know its expensive but I would expect as much, the rewards actually do scale up appropriately. In Genshin it could take up to 10 boss runs to ascend from 80, with 5 mats now per boss kill thats only 7 now which is less then 2 days worth of runs. If you prefarm, its gonna hurt but everyone will have no issues in the long run

@Mogawty Gaming just a reminder. You Build Tingyun for as much attack as possible. Her buff has a limit and also what a character can be buffed. Full Attack is not needed, so you can use speedboots and e.g. energy recharge on the last slot, without getting the buff weaker. you can calculate, how much attack TY needs for full buff. ✌

I think the best method is to prepare a DPS and Fire MC. Fire MC is very useful and cheap to build and to level up, because you get their level up materials for free and they're pretty good on what they do. And if its hard still you can ask for support on battles, just take some of your friends leveled up characters to help.

i got my main team's traces to 7/8 and i'm about to hit TL55; once i am done pre-farming my dps ascension mats i'm planning on primarily farming exp mats from TL55-60 in anticipation of needing so damn many for level 70-80

The Level 80 Seele died while the Level 70 Clara survived and carried a boss fight she was ten levels behind. I think that says enough about Clara's strength and value. Clara is god tier!! 👣

hii actually that clara's light cone is really good for her, since u can get the stacks on her counter so she stacks pretty easy

Best farming method is to focus on one character at a time especially traces and levels and lightcone exp first then once you reach max level you can now focuses on relic and SU items or level your other character first preferably 8 characters fully built is the goal with decent relics

tingyun only do a set percentage of her attack, so aint that really important to fill her with attack unless u upgrade that percentage in her skill tree, plus u gotta look out at diminishing return, if her attack is too high u wont get a good return

Imagine trying to do Forgotten Halls Memory of Chaos with full stars. Need 8+ maxed out chars, mega whale mode engage! After unlocking Memory of Chaos mode, I tried out the first fight and quickly went NOPE! The normal memories I at least managed to max star with smaller teams of 2 high level and 1 or 2 lower level chars I had stopped using as I got better ones.

I only just reached 54 today and I've only just maxed my Seele's traces for the time being and I've barely touched relics. I'm so scared for 60

You dont need that much attack on tingyun. 2.6k attack is all you need to get most of her skill

and I'm feeling happy with my lvl 25 it rlly surprise me how fast they're getting lvl 60

Lvl 65+ is even worst the amount you need to lvl (over 2 weeks) per lvl, theres a website that tells you how many days you need to reach X level without refresh. (For example 50 to 60 every 3-4 days is 1 level. 0 refresh).

Im only 52 and I been playing since the very first hour of launch (missing only one day worth of xp) ive even gotten the battle pass fuel but haven't used it yet so im probably around lvl 54? killing a boss only kills the units it spawns, so killing the boss ends the fight only if the other units on the field are all boss spawned

if you lv up you MC you can survive cocolia easily , if your shield break is not enough just use MC skill to give shield and reduce damage to all allies , my best auto team fire MC, natasha, bronya/tingyun, selee, this team can survive in almost everything, it survive even in SU with auto

Can you level traces to 10 now or is that at the next equilibrium level?

BTW, rank 60 isn't the highest difficulty/equilibrium

Why are you able to unlock the last bonus traces at lvl 60? It says that it requires equilibrium level 6 for me.

My luck is twisted, on my first pull for seele i get welt (lost 50/50) 5 wishes after i get seele, when jung yuan comes out i have one special pass, i pull it and get him. Its cool im lucky with this but what i dont understand is in 30 pulls honkai gives me a standard banner (welt) two limited (seele and jing yuan) yet 200 PULLS ON STANDARD AND STILL NO CLARA

Btw Tingyun skill is capped no matter how high the atk u give her she will not buff higher then 750 to a single ally , u can see how much atk your char gets from her skill during battle... Better lose some atk and give her some hp or spd instead.

I'm only 53 and no real problems so far expect for leveling up new characters to finish forgotten hall 13th and more which needs two teams to get 3-stars. I also have difficulties dropping Crit-Rates relics and vit relics... those are too rares and the items to get what you want are only one per battle pass they sure want us to pay for this game... I did it on Genshin Impact and will not do the same mistake again. as F2P i'm doing pretty fine !

WTH, WE HAVE THE SAME TEAM-

Crit dmg is end game perk. When you make full substrats for crit hits in all items then you choose crit dmg torso at the end.❤ You need minimum 50 % on char make = 5 items 10% crit hit after upgrade full relics. So yeah good luck hunters.❤ If you dont care about stats or hasnt lightcone for crit or beginner focus at crit hit as you can Torso crit gives you around 25%-30% so the rest you have to get from substrats. If you get with crit dmg thats fine because you need balance crit with crit dmg to catch dmg. If you do above them your critical dmg you have less chance for total crit. Thats how you build fast your dps.❤ Enjoy as you can because gacha games are merciless in some constructions.

Leveling characters being this expansive kinda puts me off from leveling and using more characters. Like, why would I pull for Kafka or Blade if I need like month of farming to level each one of them and my Jing and Seele are perfectly capable of clearing all content.
