Seems to me like houses stop being houses after the $5-7 million price tag marks, because all of these houses were practical, and had very little stupideaningless things I'm them. Meanwhile the 50 mil house is only 50 mil because you get a private heli pad and 3 tennis courts. Ludwig should check out tiny homes and van conversions. I think he'd like them.

We've got WEM and Whyte Ave, but yeah you start looking in nooks and crannies after that lol. Got some nice board game cafes, by which I mean 2. Umm, rec centers..? Rundle Park turns some pathways into an ice skateway in winter. Live theater? Churchill Square got that fountain you can go in! There's uh, there's kdays and heritage days for a lil bit in summer. We have an anime expo. The glass pyramids and legislature look cool? Help

If anyone needs to be sold on Edmonton we have the most “green” city in NA. As in our downtown and city has the most greenery/trees in a metro area comparatively, this is because of the river valley, but it’s also the most “green” big city environmentally in Canada as in its the most sustainable. There’s loads of cool festivals and stuff too and great concerts. Also we have a ok hockey team with two of the best players in the league. And you get all the perks of living in Canada. So kinda pog.

There is sooo much to do in Edmonton. We have the (as far as I’m aware) biggest mall in North America which has a whole amusement park, huge water park with a big ass pool, a indoor race track, and a seal show where they show seals doing tricks, and much more as I haven’t explored the whole mall yet cuz it’s so huge! And we have many other attractions. Overall Edmonton is a sick place to live.
