Seems to me like houses stop being houses after the $5-7 million price tag marks, because all of these houses were practical, and had very little stupideaningless things I'm them. Meanwhile the 50 mil house is only 50 mil because you get a private heli pad and 3 tennis courts. Ludwig should check out tiny homes and van conversions. I think he'd like them.

18:50 I have always had one in my room for some reason and it has two purposes. 1. When my siblings come in my room, they can sit on it instead of on my bed, then stare at me, then leave without shutting my door 2. When I have clothes that aren't clean enough to go in the closet, but not dirty enough to go in the laundry basket... that's where they go.

If anyone needs to be sold on Edmonton we have the most “green” city in NA. As in our downtown and city has the most greenery/trees in a metro area comparatively, this is because of the river valley, but it’s also the most “green” big city environmentally in Canada as in its the most sustainable. There’s loads of cool festivals and stuff too and great concerts. Also we have a ok hockey team with two of the best players in the league. And you get all the perks of living in Canada. So kinda pog.

I love the first house tour. I love seeing people who don't know too much about houses sell houses. It's genuine, it's like a customer selling a product to another custromer. Also, I can think of a few of my friend's houses that are better than the second one. I've had nicer living rooms in airbnbs

I love these house videos really! And to answer his question from the beginning: The best bang for the buck are really the third world countries. It's insane what you can get for $5 Million in say, a good location in India.

@@mewrrorball That's what I'm saying, third world countries are cheaper. An average American would feel rich in India because he'd be spending far less on everything than he would in the USA. So now imagine what a *Rich* American would feel like in India!

@@judestinks I believe that in most cases, a rich state in a third world country would provide better living facilities and views as compared to a poor state in a first world country. While both would be similarly priced.
