Are... Intermittent fasting me koi low calories nahi leni hai.. Jo aapane itana saara bata diya.. Jo normal ghare khana ready hoti hai.. O time k hisaab me khana hai.. Jo mera timing window hai morning 10am to evining 6pm..in time me morning poha/Upma/Idli/Jowar Roti and Baji/Chapati and Baji ...Jo ghar me banati hai vo khata hu saat saat Milk me bani huvi 200 ml tea lata hum.. Baad me beech me sirf Coconut water nahi to Sugarcane juice leta hum... Evening after 5.30pm 3 roti and brown rice leta hum.. Bass din ka planing hogayi.. Utane k baad sone tak 10000 steps cover karta hum... Issi rutine se mera 30 days me 5kg wait loss huva hai..

Very sorry to tell... Apki knowledge sahi nahi h... Intermittent fasting me eating window me kuch bhi nahi kha sakte... Khana depend karta hai apke goal par .. agar apka goal weight loss hai toh apko calorie requirement se Kam calories Lena hi parega, aur agar goal weight maintenance hai toh Ghar ka normal, less oil khana kha sakte hain... Aur sugarcane juice ki baat kar rahe hain, wo to pure sugar hai, usse kavi weightloss nahi ho sakta... Coconut water sahi h...

Amazing informative video as always. The only suggestion I have: please look into videos or learning techniques on how to lift weights. From what I saw in your brief clip of how you are lifting weights, you are/can hurt your neck and spine. Neck and spine (back) should always be straight when lifting weights. Thank you

Please read Rujuta Divakar’s book “don’t lose your mind lose weight”. Though I follow your channel a lot but sorry to say intermittent fasting can never be a lifestyle. Life style is something day you can do each and everyday for the rest of your life. Isn’t it? Hands on your heart, please can you say that you can do intermittent fasting for the rest of your life? The answer is no. Kabhi kabhi jaldi bhuk lag jati hai...You have such a good way of life, which is so inspirational to all your viewers. I really don’t think you need to preach or include intermittent or any other fasting diet. Keep safe!
