I'm not a vegan nor am I plant-based, but I watch your channel every once in awhile because you're the only vegan youtube channel that pays close attention to you & your babies' nutritional needs, and you pay attention to the nutritional value of each food item. I was very consistent with supplementing with Vitamin C my entire pregnancy and while I breastfed and happy to report (Thank God) that we never got sick.
