-Bird dog with ring
-Lean back with lifts
-Oblique twists with ring
-Roll-up with lift
-Knee lift with ring
-Supine ring raises
-Lying ring raises with leg extensions

You have no idea how much your videos have helped me get myself into better health. I’ve lost 17lbs since beginning of January this yr. I am calorie counting and eating smaller portions. What a difference it is that I used to eat whatever I want, however much I wanted and my overall health was getting so bad. I eat about 1000 to 1200 a day now where as before I would eat 3000 maybe more and I just felt terrible everyday. Always tired always sleeping. I always go back and watch your other “what I eat in a day or week” videos because it’s just that inspirational. Sorry for the long comment but in summary, everyone has a story for their bad habits and poor health but your videos, your fitness journey helped me jumpstart mine. Thank you so much for this video! Also I think you should do a Pilates workout on your channel. Just fully instruct like a 5 min abs or 5 mins arms workout. I think you would be really good at that. 😊

i’m happy your reaching your goal but 1000 calories is really low like toddlers need more calories than that so i would recommend eating at least 1400-1500 bc rapid weight loss from not eating enough can backfire and your more likely to gain the weight back, trust me that happened to me about a 2 years ago
