Hi girly! I was the same way when I first started cooking…but I started with the basics such as cooking chicken breast (marinated with garlic salt, pepper, and soy sauce) on the pan. But it can be easier to cook it in the oven or the air frier !! Then I pair it with salad, rice, or cut it into slices to put into a yummy sandwich. Another easy thing to make is cooking up ground turkey to pair it with lettuce wraps or rice. I cook up the ground turkey in a pot, seasoned it with hoisin sauce (THE BEST ASIAN SAUCE I SWEAR, it’s sweet so u don’t need a lot), garlic salt or chopped garlic, and chopped onions. Then once the ground turkey is fully cooked with the seasonings, I like to add chopped green onions!! Then serve it like a tacos with lettuce or eat with rice. I got this recipe from P.F. Chang’s but I changed it up my way to make it easier. Please lmk if you have any questions or if you try this!! Ily Ava!

Lmao "Salmon Vanilla", you're a riot. I rinse my chicken in the sink with the water on a low pressure until it doesn't feel slimy anymore, and then I marinate it in Italian dressing. Make sure you wash everything that came in contact with the chicken with hot soapy water to make sure you kill all possible bacteria. It's been a while since I cooked anything other than fish for a protein, though. You're doing great!

I feel like a crock pot would be great for you to try more recipes.. I cook chicken that way, put in chicken cuts of choice, add 1/4-1/2 cup water or broth, season and cook on high for 2-3 hours.... Super easy, juicy, and easy to check if it is fully cooked.

egg flipping trick: move the pan back toward you and move it forward quickly. It's harder to describe using words, but keep it on the same plane and don't move the pan vertically to flip. Does that make sense? idk but i've never broken a yoke doing it this way! ps I am def picking up the truff hot sauce, you've convinced me

Random life hack since you like baked chicken and you like mayo: do a seasoning rub on the chicken, put it on the baking sheet, put a thin layer of mayo on it, then add on a crust of seasoned breadcrumbs just to the top and bake like normal. Chef’s kiss ❤️

There are four types of eggs hard boiled, scrambled, over easy that where the egg flipped, but yolk is still runny and finally your eggs were over hard where the yolk is all cooked through. Love your content ❤️

Cooking chicken does not have to be scary babe, it can be so easy and quick, get yourself a food/meat thermometer to check the temp of your chicken when cooking. Once it reaches 165 it’s done. And you can season it a million different ways, always a go to for me
