Great vid! Is it what I eat in a day or in a week/a few days? Just because you change hair and clothes and stuff and the background is different. Must be hard to do it all in one day looking after a baby! xxx

I really enjoyed this :) I NEED to try the Rhythm 108 chocolate, I am dairy free because of my eczema - when I used to eat dairy it flared my eczema up so bad. But I always see the Rhythm 108 chocolate in the supermarkets and I've never bought it, but I feel like I need to!x

What is your probiotic? I’ve been told I’ve damaged my gut eating foods I can’t eat and I need probiotics, and I haven’t found anything that feels it’s doing anything… love you so much!!❤️❤️
