Welcome back to January's, what I eat in a day video. Today I'll be sharing what I eat in a typical day during the week.

Breakfast Hash
1/4 tin potatoes
1/2 onion
4 tomatoes
1 eggs
Pizza Wrap
Weight Watchers wrap
1tbsp tomato puree
20g cheese
ham
Chilli meatball orzo
Serves - 4
Takes - 45 minutes
Calories - 521 kcal
Syns - Free
Ingredients
For the meatballs
- 500g 5% fat mince beef
- 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- 1 tsp mild chilli powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- low-calorie cooking spray
For the sauce
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1 medium red pepper chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 2 tsp mild chilli powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 600ml beef stock
- 1 x tin kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 200g orzo

Well done on your weight loss. You’re doing really well. Your meals always look lovely 🥰. I love making pizza wraps with the Asda weight watchers wraps. The dip looks lovely ☺️. I use laughing cows a lot with jacket potatoes and toast instead of butter. I boil up eggs to snack on too. Otherwise, like you say, you snack on crisps etc. It’s bad when hubby loves McCoy crisps and they’re probably the worst ones you can have lol 😂. The chilli meatballs look amazing. There is so much to do with mince. I love simple bolognese too. Thanks so much for sharing. You really inspire me. I’ve been feeling down this week, but your video has really cheered me up 😊xxxx

Hi Chelle great recipes, the food looks so nice and considering it’s slimming world it’s just like you’re eating normal food which is brilliant. Just a little tip if it helps you you know when you throw your onions and stuff in the pan if you were to just add a splash of hot water out the kettle, it would bring out all the flavours really gives good flavour

Hi Chelle , I’ve really been enjoying these meals. Could you recommend any cookware such as frying pans that work well with fry lite spray. My pans have bitten the dust. Thank you xx

Thank you so much, I’ve previously used tefal or a smaller frying pan from Asda which is ok. To be honest I think fry light eventually ruins most pans so going to try a spray oil instead. I have just ordered some tefal stackable pans which I haven’t tried yet but got good reviews x

If you have a good non stick pan you can use minimal to no oil. I actually use demerara sugar with onions for extra caramelisation (any sugar will simply make the meal more filling, taking longer to get hungry again, whereas oil tends to be a "bonus" calorie, not reducing appetite elsewhere) whilst splashing water to dissolve the brown bits so nothing burns. It's surprising how much flavour can be had this way using carrot, potatoes and onions. Last one the top fell off the salt though just as I was about to tuck in!

I usually do that for breakfast but without onions but with mushrooms. I will add onions now.❤❤

Congratulations on your amazing weight loss this week and thank you for the ideas for meals. I’ve lost 9st calorie counting but am thinking about swapping to SW to maintain as I’m bored of counting calories. Any tips on maintenance would be really helpful thanks
