I was just about to make plans to your event and saw that your in London. I have a recently diagnosed auto immune disease. Im desperate to say the least...just watched a handful of your videos and I'm having a really hard time eating mostly vegetables. Living in the USA as you can imagine it's hard to get healthy food here.

Just wanted to let you know that the Vita Coco brand of coconut water you bought has added sugar in it. There are healthier versions out there! :)

@shin ning (and to anybody else who has the same question about being scared to go vegan because you think you won't get enough protein, iron, calcium and nutrients)I'm vegan and I don't take any vitamins or supplements and I get my daily recommended value (or more!) of all of the above. I put my daily diet into Cronometer and my protein was at 111%, my iron at 103%, and my calcium at 100%. If you're really that worried pick up some blackstrap molasses and some almond milk and you will have TONS of iron and calcium, and eating lentils and beans will give you tons of plant protein. Being vegan is easy!
