I liked the videos you did where you tested out a few versions of recipies to see what worked best, they were really useful. Maybe things like cakes or cookies as well as savory recipies

@@Didi38 it's really a lot to explain. Also, I am thankful to have a job but I don't think that having one means I should allow for said job to impact my physical and mental health. My manager keeps scheduling me back to back shifts on purpose (like working till 10:30 PM, then at 5 AM) Also, I work in retail, and dealing with extremely rude people who make personal attacks and cuss me out because we're out of something is very draining. Managment also keeps changing the schedules (which are supposed to be made 3 weeks in advance) a few days before the day they change- and they do so without telling anybody. There's just too much to explain but I'm a college student, my health insurance is through them (well, was, but management has cut my hours significantly, so I will be losing that soon) and they pay me well so I feel trapped

What do you love to do? Make that into a business! Like to make jewelry? Sell it on Etsy. Like to talk about health? Start a blog. Sometimes it’s hard to think of a career this way. But just make a list of things that make you happy. Then take it from there.

Rubicon is a pretty good company to support despite not being 100% vegan. When I was in charge of their products as a buying specialist at Whole Foods their business model focused on hiring previously convicted individuals and always seemed like a pro-worker centered company. That was 3-4 years ago at this point, but they have some really good and accessible vegan items. Hopefully they continue both supporting the underprivileged work force and creating new vegan items!

I am also a Leo like Eric is and I find it funny that like him I tend to caress my significant other. Randomly letting them know that " hey I like you" in our own weird way. Slight back rub here, little nuzzle there, and let's not forget the random stare like he just realized how much you mean to him.

McDonald's burgers were a popular item for me back when I was a kid...so much that I just remembered that I got my dad into adding diced onion into the burger meat before grilling...definitely going to have to try recreating it with Beyond!

I get vegan chicken strips and vegan beef chunks from my asian supermarket and they are amazing, they are an asian brand, specifically chinese i think and they are clearly marked vegan, they are fabulous! Also the vegan chinese sausage is brill as well!!

The original Hellmann’s/Best Foods vegan mayo was really good, but they recently changed the recipe entirely, and it tastes like trash now. It’s now called “Vegan Dressing and Spread” instead of “Vegan Carefully Crafted Sandwich Spread & Dressing”. The flavor, consistency, and even what oil they use are completely different. (PS - Anyone who wants to complain about buying from this brand can comment elsewhere, please.)

I went to Fred Meyer’s which I think is Kroger where you live. They came out with a vegan mayonnaise from Simple Truth. I haven’t tried it yet because I still have my JUST mayo But might be worth looking into. Possibly do a review?

Since I’ve gone Vegan (10 years now) i have yet tried mock meats etc. was vegetarian for 25 years before Vegan, I have no desire or miss meats etc. there’s so many great vegan foods to make. What’s the point of going vegan if you need that processed mock meat taste ! No hate just me we’re all different on this vegan journey 💗

I’d love more WFPB recipes, less packaging, more zero waste, less faux store bought meat and dairy and cleaner homemade. How about adding some at home exercise to follow since workouts are also a passion. Maybe music over recipe making...your own or others.

Kodiak Cakes Plant Based Ingredients: 100% Whole Grain Wheat Flour, 100% Whole Grain Oat Flour, cane sugar, pea protein concentrate, brown rice protein concentrate, wheat protein isolate, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), natural flavor, sea salt. Contains wheat. Also contains trace amounts of egg, milk, soy and tree nuts due to processing on shared equipment.

Im not trying to troll, but i genuinely am curious as to why someone would buy something that is trying to imitate something else. If you go vegan why would u want to still eat imitation animal products? Like if you crave meat why not just eat meat?
