Chef Sung reminds me a lot of my chef mentor who passed. Intelligent, personable, passionate, driven, and obviously a talented cook. Spent a lot of time bouncing around kitchens when I was younger and probably would have stayed in fine dining longer if I had someone like him be my first mentor. Great family dynamic and even better food.
