Weightloss is a journey in itself. Instead of focusing more on loosing weight we should focus on eliminating bad habits and practicing good habits with physical activity. I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge. M so happy that I completed my challenge to be more physically active.

Eat 50 percent raw Food ( include vegetables and fruits )and drink 4 litres of water everyday ( include hot water in it in the morning especially ) ..... Exercise for 30 minutes atleast 5 days a week Sit in sun for atleast 30 minutes for vitamin D Always try to Keep your mind clean Live with nature means go back to olden day practices Beauty is in nature not in beauty products.... You don't need to. Just give up simple carbs (white rice, white bread, white pasta, junk food) because they are unhealthy. Complex carbs (roti, brown rice, oats, sweet potato, whole wheat bread) are healthy.
