Please enjoy this what i eat in a week! Keep in mind that every week is different and every body is different. I always try my best to eat intuitively and that happens to be at not-so-typical times of the day such as breakfast/lunch/dinner. :)
timestamps:
1:09 - grocery shopping
2:45 - breakfast! avocado toast with cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning
5:28 - quick lunch! shin ramen with egg
5:54 - my fave! golden kiwi
6:01 - spicy tuna mayo rice balls
7:43 - chia seed pudding
8:07 - breakfast! same thing, avocado toast and chia seed pudding with strawberry syrup
9:32 - instant salted butter caramel latte from muji with a scoop of folders
9:51 - free chili dogs from campus
9:59 - pork belly kbbq bowl with Korean side dishes - spinach, bean sprouts, and kimchi
10:46 - late night snackies - frozen grapes and golden kiwi
10:59 - eggs in a basket? or is it called toad in a hole? lol toast with egg, bacon bits, and cheese
11:40 - omg TBT dalgona coffee
12:09 - making adult lunchables/snack packs with almonds, crackers, salami, cheese, cherry tomatoes, and baby carrots
15:05 - making an easy dinner with some frozen trader joe's foods! the garlicky noodles, saucy scallop with mushrooms, and then i made honey soy marinaded salmon and smashed potatoes
17:20 - movie drinks and snacks pick up
17:24 - feta eggs with avocado toast
17:46 - chia seed pudding with strawberry syrup, granola, sunflower seed butter
17:56 - Korean takeout, spicy octopus, porkbelly, and seafood soondubu jigae
18:35 - fried rice with Chinese sausage, mushrooms, and eggs
19:05 - a walk with benny for some coffee!
19:39 - pizza and caesar salad
20:06 - snack pack and frozen grapes while i watch a movie
20:10 - feta eggs with chili oil and avocado toast
21:44 - dalgona coffee with trader joe's instant coffee
22:18 - salmon rice bowl with sriracha and kewpie mayo! made with leftovers.
22:50 - my favorite asian snacks and candies
24:24 - avocado toast AGAIN lol
24:59 - dutch bros coffee - medium iced golden eagle with an extra shot
25:49 - adult lunchables in the car
25:59 - doordashed sushi before the olivia rodrigo concert!

I agree studying and balancing content creation is hard I also do some KZfaq vlogs, and I try to be as consistent as possible while trying to manage uni life but I love filming and editing so much sometimes I lose track of time (kind often actually) but it is always worth it

haiii, im a new subscriber, and can i just say i loved how when you got to the super market, the first thing you put in your cart is flowers. EVERYTIME im at the supermarket i try to buy flowers too or flower seeds, if im on a budget. I love you youtubers that speak to your audience as if you were talking to an actual person. it’s especially hard on the unexpected bad mental health days where i wanna rot in bed and i just don’t wanna see myself in the camera 🥲 but i never regret pushing thru and making the video!! my london trip was super quick so i didn’t vlog but i may do some short vertical clips and post on shorts :) ❤️

honestly since most of us just use these for meal inspiration, would it be more sustainable if it wasn't necessarily all of the meals you're eating, or just like a few random days that you accumulate and then put together in one video? I know i for once am not necessarily attached to it all being a true "week" or consecutive meals, I mostly just like seeing the different meals and recipes for my own meal planning!

A fun recipe for frozen grapes if you can't get the cotton candy ones is to wash them then mix them in a bag with kool aid or jello powder before freezing! Tastes like candy 😊 my favourite flavour is blue raspberry haha

not often, which i think it’s because i just get so upset when ppl get angry (without reason) it triggers me a bit. my parents told me i have always had a very calm and quiet energy so i don’t think i’m very good at giving advice on this. tho i will say when i do get angry it is very hard for me to express myself and i will probably just cry 😭

❤ I was automatically glad my native country's brands appeared. My one of essentials 🔹️Dongwon canned tuna! It's always fresh and easy to substitute for fish as much as package is solid.🔹️ I never do bul dak bo kkeum myeon and am not ramyeon(Koreans pronounce)person but I sometimes like to eat 🔹️Nong.sim shin ramyeon and Nong.sim jja.pa.ge.ti. ^V^ It goes well with yellow picked radish. From you I wish trying avocado toast. I told you I like to what you eat youtubes and I actually wish my child(2nd grade) live like you. Let's cook and eat happy for good.
