leah i just wanted to say i absolutely love you so much you’re my fav, wish we could be friends 🥰 every time i feel bad about something i eat (specially when i eat more than i “should”) i rewatch your videos as they help me so much. i suffer with really bad body dysmorphia so you really inspire me to try overcome that and also feel better about it as it sometimes completely consumes my life, as well as my anxiety. it’s nice following someone my age who is so inspiring ❤️

I was triggered by someone today when she told me that she doesn't eat dinner usually, and that she only had bread tdy ( and had nno dinner)... I rly wanted to starve myself too but I ordered 8 salmon avo sushi and pushed myself to eat. watching this vid reminded me that eating more gives us joy, and inspired me to honour my hunger and have chocolate bar and cream soup for dessert! tysmmm x

I used to get triggered when someone told me that they didn't eat or won't. but remember that you are not them, and they are not you No one should starve themselves, our basic necessity and need is to eat. So focus on yourself and your hunger and your body, I know it is hard, it is easier said than done. but trust me when you give your body love, acceptance, and appreciation it gives it back. the mentality about the food you eat also is a big major on how you feel after. So when you feel good and satisfied, your whole body does. sorry I wrote a lot, but I was reminded of myself and the things I wish someone told me this before. So delete your negative thoughts just as you did every time this happens

I made quesadilla tonight desoite being triggered and i think If i continue like this I will stop comparing one day! It's gettig better tho, I took a screenshot of ur comment as a reminder tysm x
