I LOVED the message at the end of the video, you shouldn’t restrict yourself when eating food because we all need protein and energy to function but at the same time we should try to not over eat and balance food out. I know colie has helped me so much with my eating journey, i’ve learnt to not eat too less and now I’m wayy healthier!! Ily Nicole 💞💞
