Hi Ashley! I'm Indian and Dal is a super common food in our household so I thought I might tell u- It's generally a lot more liquidy, almost like a stew/gravy. It's usually eaten with rice or roti (similar to a tortilla). It can even be cooked with the rice to make Khichdi. Khichdi tastes amazing when eaten with pickle or yogurt, so maybe u can try it out! 😁

you don’t have to go full on vegan right away. maybe try replacing foods you usually eat and making them vegan friendly and then go to the next step etc :). take your time. don’t hate yourself for not commuting to anything. i can’t commit to anything too. 😭✋🏾 i can just talk but can’t do the work.
