much more fun and sense. I'd add something green to the beef. Carnivores often go after stomach contents of their prey first. They know or feel they need the bacteria, folic acid etc. It would do the same or better job than the supplements IMO. I grow myself some dill. Delicious bitter dandelion leaves are very good for the liver and digestion

"Scientists" are so smart that they've convinced themselves that wild animals aren't as healthy as domesticated ones just because their life expectancy isn't as long. Even though they're obviously healthier in every way and only die sooner on average because of predators, famines, injuries, and exposure to the element. Is it really that hard to untangle these variables or are groupthink and $$$ getting in the way?

@@Yukon33 careful with the canned sardines, My cat got sick and died from them :( While sardines can be quite healthy to give to your cat, not all canned sardines may be safe to serve them! Sardines can come packed in water, oil, brine, or sauce and may contain additional flavoring elements, some of which may be unhealthy or dangerous to feed to cats. Some sardines may be packed in brine, which is a popular preservative made of a high concentration of salt in water. Never feed sardines packed in brine to a cat. Brine may induce sodium ion poisoning, which can cause many serious health issues and even death. Many sardines are packed in tomato sauce which is seasoned with things such as onions, garlic, peppers, and other spices. These seasonings can upset your cat's stomach, as they do not digest spicy foods well. If you have to serve sardines packed in tomato sauce to your cat, be sure to wash off the sauce thoroughly first. Smoked sardines are another option which your cat may enjoy eating. However, some smoked sardines may have a higher sodium content, which could be dangerous to your cat. Always be sure to read the label and check the nutrition information before giving your cat sardines. The safest sardine option for cats are sardines packed in water, with no spices or seasonings at all.

You are absolutely correct. There are tons of unnecessary chemicals in otc cosmetics, even soaps and detergents. If you eliminate these chemicals, your skin and general health may improve. @@hllymchll Well, I know that inflammation can become self-sustaining and that you may need some form of treatment to break it and allow the skin to heal. The weight loss typically becomes more difficult in middle age but a keto diet should be effective over a few months. I quite like the Atkins diet which includes low carb vegetables. It allows you to eat well and lose weight without losing nutrients.

i think the optimal diet is something like 4 days of meat only then 4 days of fruit only. The gut would have time to digest either food properly without being bomb barded by both fat, protein and carbs. Think about it if we in the world naturally adam and eve style, we would hunt an animal eat it for some days, then come across a wild blueberry patch and gorge on blueberries for several days until we moved on.

My friends go to a market that has ground meat with a “boost” (beef liver). I have not taken the time to drive there, so I thought I would have my local grocer make this… (?)… The “manager” Said sure, but we have to grind them separately, because of the price difference. Since I have never bought fresh liver, it didn’t strike me right away, but they actually sent the beef liver through the grinder and it came out like slimy liver pudding. I still cooked my ground beef and added the slimy liver pudding. It turned out OK but I’m certain there must be the exact right ratio of liver to ground beef and also better for them to be ground together. It was tough to eat (ratio 1:1). I think I need less liver.

Saw no one mentioning deuterium in the comments. You might wanna research that. I learned about it yesterday and it's yet another argument for keeping (sugary) fruits at a minimum. Avocados are great though.

Here's a thought Casey. I spent a number of years as a Fruitarian. Then I switched to Carnivore after I realized that I was becoming increasingly weak, unsatisfied, unsatiated, malnourished and with energy crashes + cravings on the fruit-Only diet. In many ways, I felt much better on Carnivore (Fatty Steak + sometimes a few simple, non-starchy vegetables) but I really missed the taste + the hydration of fresh fruit, so I went Saladino-style and started eating Fruit + Steak. But combining Fruit + Steak together on the same day didn't really sit well with me, led to me over-eating, affected my digestion negatively and caused energy crashes. So, for the past few weeks I've been eating OMAD Fruit or OMAD Fatty Steak ie at the time of eating each day, I simply think to myself, do I feel like eating FRUIT today or Fatty Steak today. And each day I eat either OMAD Fruit or OMAD Fatty Steak. This gives me a nice feeling of variety over the course of each week and means that I'm only ever eating either Fruit or Fatty Steak on any given day which is better for my digestion. So far, it's working great for me. Keep up the good work, dude. Take care. James from London, UK. 🙂 ✅

Not eating them on the same day helps to avoid inflammatory problems, it's the only sensible way to do fruit and meat if you really want to.

@@vegetablepolice Yup, agreed, it's only 2 weeks, so it's only a short term experiment so far. But I did not like the way I felt when I ate Fruit + Steak together on the same day. It led me to overeating and created digestive issues, bloating, inflammation, brain fog etc etc. But this way I get to enjoy eating Steak on the days that my body asks for it. And I also get to eat Fruit on the days that my body asks for it. So, I get to eat the two foods that I do best on with OMAD. But without combining them on the same day and suffering with digestive upsets. So, it kinda seems logical. But you're absolutely right, I might be eating Klaus' cockroaches + fire ant protein bars in 12mths time for all I know.! 😅

Eating protein / high fat first, then fruit in the same meal will keep your blood sugar from spiking so high. Yes, it will go up but it can be as much as a 60ish % LESS of a spike if you do it that way.

instead of the (sweet) fruit, id certainly suggest the sprouted buckwheat etc much less candida from sprouted grain than fruit once uve beaten candida u can do the intuitively seeming fruit stuff (i guess) but for the time being u cant do sweet fruit...i know it from experience and from ppl ive observed/taught 😔
