I've been using extreme for a couple of years now on my cichlids.The 3mm pellets can be ground down in a mortar and pestle for babies.

oooo pretty betta a video of it swimming for an hour would float my boat lol love all the corys and so many happy healthty hansome catfish very nice i like to feed Fluval Bug Bites i dont do any live food to anything :@( i should but too much work

@@BlakesAquatics thanks for the reply, I am trying to support Australian where I can :) I have seen the Australian Blackworms for sale in Adelaide but they seem very pricey ?

@@johnnydubbsaquascaping get a lot of bang for your buck with the big packs, i wouldnt bother with the small 10g or 25g size whatever they are
