The Hard Rock Punta Cana was definitely an unforgettable experience for us; we loved so many things about this Punta Cana All-Inclusive resort; however, not everything was perfect, and there were things we hated during our stay.
The Hard Rock is a huge resort located on Arena Gorda Beach; it opened in 2011 and was recently renovated, this is one of the most famous resorts in the country and we've been so excited and pump about our stay here.
In this video, we want to share with you everything we loved and everything we hated about the Hard Rock Punta Cana.

There are two other buffets closer to the beach, that buffet is constantly long because it’s closest to the rooms connected to the lobby, but isla and el panama have buffets throughout the day

Hola! We visited Hard Rock Punta Cana in July, if you're visiting May 2024, avoid May 26's weekend because it's mothers day and it gets extremely crowded ;)

I have a question hopefully you can answer me. I am planning to go there with my girlfriend and I am wondering where can I leave my phone because we want to take photos but also we want to enjoy the pool but idk where you can leave your phone.

If you want to carry your phone around the resort, a good option would be to get a waterproof pouch and bring your phone with you in the pool OR buy one of those small safe pouches or boxes that you can tangle onto your pool chair. However, more likely than not, your belongings will be within sight whenever you're in the pool... just don't leave your phone showing and you should be ok :)

Was there in March, food was amazing, drinks were average, super nice beach, you can walk out into the ocean almost 300m lots of sealife

just came back from here, agree with some of the accuracy of this review BUT, can tell you the food is mediocre at best at the resort, very hit or miss. not a foodie but i can tell you that for now this resort misses the mark, hope it changes as we have another vacation here in the coming year :)

Just got back Staff rude, hotel outdated, food is average at best, air conditioning is terrible I’d expected a hell of a lot more from the amount it costs to stay
