You say Bali cute haha! We say it with more slang in Australia. That hair straightener won't do much because it is sooo humid and as soon as you walk outside your hair will not look the same 😊

I'm staying in Ubud currently and I think digging deeper into women not being able to be on their period when going into a temple could be interesting for you. Safe travels and enjoy your trip!!

I love watching videos like this! I'm really trying to weed out my life right now and want to become more minimalist. What do you use for your shampoo/conditioner/deodorant? Also, funny because I just bought a ukulele to start playing... got it last weekend. I love it. Have a fun trip!!!

I didn't realize how many I had until I had to pack them...I ended up cutting my reading books in half...but bringing all my journals haha.

I've always wanted to go to Bali that's so awesome! Also whenever I go to the airport they ask me to take my laptop out so just something to be aware of because that would be such a hassle to get out! Have a great trip 💕

Are you taking your backpack as carry on? Just be careful about putting your laptop and other fragile/valuables if you're checking your bag in :) Hope you have a lovely time in Bali. Are we going to find out what your secret project is?

Yeah it's a carry-on. I never put my laptop in a checked bag. I'm too paranoid about it getting hurt. And the secret project is a gift, not FemmeHead related :)

My middle school grey Jansport backpack didn't last past college :( I majored in biochemistry, and those huge texts books over time wore out the seams.

I always pack in back packs, I'm too impatient to bring a suit case plus it saves my parents money, since I've never travelled on my own yet. It saves a lot of space. It makes me more conscious of what I can / can't buy and it makes packing a lot smarter. "Should I bring this sweater even though it'll be 80 degrees every day...probably not"

MP is more of a daily practice of getting the gunk out of my head. I don't worry about it being coherent haha, but I am much more particular about what I write about in my journal.

do you prefer the ruby cup over the diva cup? Or is there any big difference? It does seem like the ruby cup company is a better more ethical company.

Yes they're from ebags, and I haven't had any issues with them. And I've used them a lot over the past month and a half.

One suggestion: find an alternative to the jeans and jean shorts. Denim is heavy, bulky and doesn't dry quickly.

Couldn't you have bought a big note pad there and taken a couple more items of clothing instead, instead of liquids you can get solid toiletries like shampoo and body wash and even moisturiser to bring down the weight and they will last a month for sure

So how much does it weigh?? I've packed for a month before and needed to keep it at 22lbs to 23lbs if you are carrying daily or every other day. Definitely ditch the books and read about how to have sex online. You can use a new iphone and leave the laptop and camera and associated electronics behind. No denim. Don't need 14 pairs of underwear- take 5 and wash 'em. For every pound less you have to carry, adds another level of happiness to your trip. Thanks for the other tips!

Those pretzels may not have sugar or gluten but they do have gmos :/

I wasn't so concerned about the gluten, but I'm going the month of January without added sugar, and these were the only ones I could find that didn't have sugar in them.
