I'd love to see a video of you evaluating what you brought after the trip? anything you didn't use/wear and regretted bringing? Any unexpected event that you wished you brought something else?

Spent a month in Sri Lanka a couple of years ago with a small backpack and a small messenger bag. It's hot, so wicking material that dries easily worked really well. I didn't take a sweater, layered under my rain jacket with a long sleeve T when needed and on the plane. Used a large scarf for extra warmth and doubled as a beach wrap. If you plan on taking local buses around, (they are so cheap) just know that there is no storage, so all bags have to fit on your lap. Have a great trip.

I'm going to Sri Lanka too in 2 weeks! :D Sri Lanka it's really hot day and night in this period, if I were you I would not pack the cardigan: every time I took some heavier layer when travelling to warm destinations I have had to carry them around and I never used them. Plus, you already have the sweater if you're cold! Enjoy your trip!

I love taking beauty samples along when I travel. I thought this was common but a lot of my friends were like, "Whoa! What a great idea!" haha

I 've been to Sri Lanka but it was June. So hot I was constantly sweating. I love minimal packing. You are doing a good job! I d leave the water bottle at home coz u gonna be forced to buy bottled water there. Not good for nature I know but tap water could make you sick :( have fun on your journey. Ps don't wanna be bossy here but maybe you could take less shorts to wear. I d go with 1 dress 1 pair of denim shorts 1 pair of running shorts and maybe those thin ones you showed at the end. Lots of love from Germany. I always watch your videos
