I am someone who was an Alpha backer and has been playing the game since day 1. What irks me the most is that there are A LOT of “unusable” areas that are currently available in the world that MIGHT be tight to a certain storyline. What does the temple north of the farm with the log for? What will happen to the garbage area north of the museum? Where are the oil drills that were once implemented? Why is the puffer fish story line somehow does not tie that well with the ocean clean up? We need more storyline content that ties all these locations together and sadly that hasn’t been implemented well yet :(

my main wish is for more of the romantic cutscenes to be.. more romantic instead of having our farmer not super involved

My wishlist includes: 1. The mine quest storyline should be complete (finding the fire giant's twin) 2. Merfolk Kingdom to feel complete, relationships and 3. Library books to resume 4. Missing mini games (pool, mini golf etc)

I've been loving the game, but they 1000% need either an auto save feature or to address the random crashes that cause the loss of progress for an entire day (museum or while trying to save through sleep)

The main issue with this game is how shallow the dialogue is. I told them at the earliest stage that adding all these languages at launch was a mistake as would lead to them limiting the amount of dialogue they put in the game and here we are. We need a huge amount of new dialogue added per character and far better quality. I'd suggest the devs just go play My Time at Sandrock to see how dialogue should be done.

I really hope that they do something about the many mysteries that are left unanswered like what happened with the following: -The Cellar at our farm -The sewer hatch at the carpenters -The giant / monkey temple Also all the other stuff like: -Filling out the library -Fixing the recycling center In my opinion the romance could be ironed out more cause the way the heart events are it just seems like the romanceables just fell in love with our character out of thin air, like maybe allow the characters to go on dates to see them in a romantic light, then allow them to move in together, get engaged, then married, then have a family. Then make events based around dating, being romantic roomates, fiances/fiancees like wedding planning, marriage events and family events not just being parents but also being loving partners that have a kid together as well as a life together too.😊 Also I'd really like the mer folk kingdom to be more filled out, like if you take away the guards and royalty how many citizens are actually in the mer folk kingdom its just olan, cho oyu, denali and agung. Also still lobbying for another male merfolk romance that way it is balanced out like it doesnt even have to be agung even though i want it to be, like they could make a half eel or octopus male merfolk that is the oracles apprentice or something like that. But anyway i really hope they expand the kingdom cause what kingdom has only like maybe 6 buildings and there is space they can place it and many designs they could use like a coral house or a giant sea shell house or a house fashioned out of a sunken wreck. Also they should get like a clothing store for the merfolk as well as maybe a jewelry store. However i am still very impressed and pleased with how the game has shaped out thus far i can see this game is more a passion project than a money grab which is what most game developers nowadays are about, so id like to thank stairway for their wonderfully thought out and beautiful game and i hope that they continue to improve upon the wonder that is coral island

I would like to have a marker on the map to indicate heart events.

My wishlist 1. A bit more masculine styled featured clothing and faces. 2. Different colored chests of the same type, also I would like a chest for every type of item there is. Ocean critter related box, flower box, etc. 3. Being able to put items on tables/shelves. 4. Harder monsters or perhaps challenges like boss monsters. 5. To pick up plants from the ground while on horse or a quicker off and on animation.

I agree so much with the limited dialogue options! So often I thought "I think this is a good idea. All the options I am given are things I would never say." What also bugs me are reactions from NPCs that make it seem our farmer made a rude comment off screen. For example with Charles (sorry) when he says "You think I'm lazy? I'm just taking a break." I would never go up to any of them and be like "Hey lazy butt doing nothing again?" And when you talked about logic with the wedding dress and passed Alice I had to think of the many times she stood in that spot and says that usually only Ben comes by, making it sound she should be in the forest when saying that. Edit: Nooo! I just realised my membership ended! D: I eed to correct that at once. :D

after I started playing, I saw some reviews complaining about the game being unfinished, which I understand. But tbh if this is the game in an unfinished state, I can’t wait to see what they add/change

I love Coral Island but I appreciate that you mentioned how some parts feel incomplete. I am in my second year and after the first year you really do begin to notice the problems. Such as dialogue from the first spring showing up in year 2? Some is fine but when they are acting like you first moved there it’s annoying. I also really hope that when you buy wall paper and flooring in the future it isn’t a one and done as well, especially considering I have to decorate the kitchen and small hallway separate from the other rooms. I also hope we can change certain features of our houses layouts in the future as well because I upgraded to final house expansion and I wasn’t really happy with the results as I couldn’t put my personal bedroom upstairs and my layout is a mess now. I think if I had any additional things that weren’t mentioned in video, a way to find certain fish easier in the game, or alternative ways to obtain. For example I needed rain in a certain time to find a certain fish I needed for the offerings and during the limited said fish was available there was no rain meaning I am going to have to wait for year 3 now. Seriously pick one or the other or offer alternatives don’t do both. Oh, and going off the floor and wall paper, I would like to suggest certain furniture you buy should be more of a recipe or something similar. This namely applies to fences, certain outdoor tiles so we aren’t constantly spending money on new fences and tikes. Also more merfolk stuff, after I unlocked it I have barely been there in game

I agree with most of what you said for sure Sarah. I absolutely adore this game and it’s been such a great journey watching it develop. However I was rather disappointed when 1.0 was released with an incomplete main quest. It was really quite surprising. I totally get they probably has pressure on them. I just really hope they focus on making it a complete game experience in the first quarter cause right now, I’m at spring year 2 and the wind was taken out of my sails cause there’s not much left to do in terms of quests. That said, I’m still really excited to see what’s coming in 2024!

I agree with everything! My biggest pet peeve, as an animal lover, is that my beautiful dog can not go outside. If I'd had known that, I would've left him at the shelter where he at least has a small outdoor play area. This really bothers me. I've been playing a while now, got the game early access & I'm now further than I ever was before. It feels a bit grindy where I'm at so I've taken a break. Especially since I got a Switch for Christmas! I also agree that sometimes the dialog choices are all not something I would pick. I'm sure that's hard for the game developers to even out but it's important to me. I'm not rude or mean irl, I could play that way but I chose not to. I'd at least like a choice! I also would never ask for a discount at Sam's or offer to pay extra for faster tool upgrades. I get rude responses for something I'd never say!!

I agree with a lot of what you said. I did new game plus when 1.0 dropped so I progressed in the story pretty quick since I didn’t have to save money. Because of that I’m in spring year 2 with not much to do story wise other than waiting for the Wakuu 10 heart event bug to be fixed and decorating my farm. I love the game and WANT to keep playing but if there isn’t much for me to do then I might have to put it down until they flesh it out a bit more. I also feel like there is a lot of “dead space” on the island. I remember when I first played I thought the map was huge! Now I realize that while it’s not small, a lot of that space is un-usable in the current development stage. As far as the romance side of things (no spoilers) I feel like you go from a friendly neighbor to a romantic relationship out of thin air. The dialogue doesn’t really seem to lead towards a growing romantic interest from the NPC. Overall I know once they’ve fleshed out the game a bit more and have it out on switch I will still be bugging my friends to get it as the game really is fun. But for now I’m glad they haven’t released it on switch because I think they would enjoy it more once there is more to it.

one of the main gripes I have with the game is the fishing mechanic. i’m hoping they balance out more on the difficulty of the fishes, especially the rare ones because omg it didn’t give me a chance to react for few seconds without my line getting cut 😂😭

Definitely agree with a lot of the things here. I think the biggest takeaway from the video is the bug fixes. I see far too many developers decide they need to continually rush out "new" content instead of just fixing what they already have. If people backed your product and already have a really solid base, it'd be nice to perfect that base you know? I've gone through so many iterations of my pet being bugged....Why does it have a gift option if i can't gift anything to it? Or the computer. I was so excited for the computer and yet all i use it for is looking up where fish/bugs are. Or buying things from the store. Anytime i use the actual storage my whole game crashes and i lose all of my progress if say i was halfway through a day....that makes me never want to use the feature.

I would luv to see heart moments replay support. For instance, would luv to replay all the heart moments for Nina before and after marriage in like a photo album type interface I think would be really nice. 😊

coral island has a lot of good potential but sometimes things in game just don't work and all the little things add up to make the game feel like a chore to play :( hopefully coral island gets smoothed out in the coming year! for now i'll wait in sandrock lol

I enjoy most of the dialogue but sometimes my game autoclicks on the first choice even when I'm trying to be careful and then I have to exit the game to redo the choice. I'm not sure how common this is but it would be nice to not worry every time I talk to someone. On the positive side I'm very excited to see some lore building with the mermaids and the islands lore.

I just want them to work on the marriage and children. They talk about the bachelor(ette)s all day, yet I find myself disappointed when every developer update lacks any content related to marriage and/or children. Sometimes I wonder if they're even working on the children. I really hope it can be a priority for 2024.

i wish they prioritize fix the saving issue and crash along the games rather than push updates. because it is not fun anymore when we have to redo the whole day when its freeze at saving and the game at the day is not saved at all. at least there is checkpoint at the middle of the day or something like that while the dev finding a fix

Love the game so much but I do agree with your points Sarah Few things I would like: 1. Being able to sit 2. Being about to put things on tables etc 3. More functionality with the horses 4. Same with the pets, I’ve still not adopted one as I feel bad that they are just sitting in a corner the whole time, that makes me feel sad 5. I agree that they first have to polish the base of the game before taking out everything new. That we can't wear a hat without our hair being cut or that the clothes don't fit the type of body you chose was something I expected in 1.0. nevertheless, I love this game and I'm excited to see what's coming next year

I was not a Kickstarter backer, but I definitely was a little disappointed/upset that merfolk were not able to be romanced right off the bat . I rushed through driving to get to the merfolk kingdom and got there and was like, "....that's it?". Hopefully the next update(s) will give us more merfolk stuffs! :)

Hope you had a great holiday I was actually also wondering why they rushed out 1.0 but I didn't even think of it until you pointed out about the push from third parties and investors. I really hope they sort out the bugs in the game as some of them are pretty bothersome and can break your immersion or even hinder your gameplay. I am actually also surprised that they haven't even taken care of all the typos, like I don't think it would be much of a difficult task for them just to edit those typos. The candy tree seed rewards are also really relatable 😂 It feels really underwhelming in some scenarios. The Dynamic Dialogue is also another aspect that I feel like it isn't what they had promised before. I hope that it is still not final yet and they're going to update it.

I was just telling my partner about the cutscene with Mark last night 😅 it was so frustrating for me. I hope the developers take some of this advice. I was a part of the kickstarter and have supported the game since day one, but I was a little disappointed with some of it (especially the heart events). First please I want to see winter clothing 😢. There is a bug in the game I can't see townspeoples clothes and portraits when talking with them. The game is amazing it never crashed on me but it needs polishing like a lot

Totally agree especially on the little things! Quality of life changes will really polish this game. It had the potential to be as beloved as Stardew for me but it def needs polish. Fixing qol issues like you said with design is def something that will increase longevity of the game.

I agree with alot of this. I want to see them work on the smaller things currently in the game before new. I had jittery movements while playing and was above the recommended settings every since 1.0 release. I have to test again since I have upgraded more of my pc. I'd love to have more craftable furniture or craftable things than just purchase them. I'd like to see hats work with current hair styles as I avoid all possible hats due to this haha. I always love more dialogue with villagers as it encourages me to actually go out and speak with them.

Writing this before watching the video fully, but I would like to see more evidence if we’re actually going to get community projects. One where can I find the blog to stay updated with the game and share my suggestions to the game? Second, a couple of things I'd love for them to add is early access to seeds in the winter, I understand you have to be rank C in the town to unlock winter seeds but I think that is an oversight because new players like myself who are still learning outta have some access to seeds in the winter time otherwise they have to rely on ranching and foraging, there has to be something to keep you going even if its something as small as a handful of seeds. Third I agree there are still things that need to be addressed like you said in the video, despite this I still love the game and personally can't wait for the update, hell I might start a new game if they put all this new content they are adding in one go, though I hate how much progress I made is lost because of it haha

The pricing needs to change too, producing artisan goods just for it to not sell for that much profit after so much time processing just doesn't make sense to me.

Some of my thoughts (all coming from a place of love for the game and developers): Also as a PS most of this was written before watching the video, so I love that we have a lot of the same thoughts 1. I totally agree about wanting more communication, I would love clear communication on what bugs and crashes are being worked on because there are some bugs that feel have gone unresolved for a while, and it would be good to know that they are at least aware of the bugs 2. Also like you said, communication of frequently asked questions and requested features would be great. For example wanting to be able to sit... It can be frustrating because we have no idea if these things will ever come to the game, despite raising these requests for over a year, it would be good to know if they plan on adding things like this, and if not, tell us so we can manage our expectations 3. In a game like Coral Island, the little things are almost as important if not more than the big things. The lack of library books, furniture interaction, exclusive shop items and rewards at festivals, the way wallpaper works, the hat and hair issue, just to name a few, are NEEDED imo. 4. I personally want the decor system to get a massive overhaul. I know more is to come, but I still feel like the decor options are lacking, and things such as centering furniture, the inability to design your kitchen, the lack of furniture customization in terms of color variants, not being able to diagonally place items, etc. is a big let-down for me as somebody who LOVES customization in games. Also, can we please have other ways to obtain furniture, maybe finding recipes, completing quests to get exclusive items, exclusive rewards at festivals, unique gifts from NPC's when leveling up friendship, etc. The same could be applied to things like clothes too.

Will you ever edit the run you are doing live with tons of money? I started with some money and I would be super interested in seeing what different decisions you do with what you have, but the edit video format is so much more confortable for me compared to the lives

I loved the game so much in early access and I had no problem starting over when it released…but in my new safe I encountered a bug where I can‘t interact with the stone in level 40 of the fourth mine. So I can‘t free the last giant. I‘m many hours into my new safe and I don‘t want to start from the beginning for a third time, so now I‘ve stopped playing all together. So my number one wish is that they stop working on new additions to the game for now and fix the issues that are game breaking

Other bugs we've been experiencing that are so annoying are: > "[NPC] has nothing more to say today" bug. It's so annoying, like a game version of ghosting > 10-heart events not launching despite us achieving the prerequisite requirements to unlock those 10-heart events I do hope the devs prioritize fixing the bugs before we proceed to bigger add-on updates. It's hard to play a game sometimes that feels like a retrogression rather than an actual 1.0 advancement.

The hat one kill me, they have all these adorable hats but I look like a gremlin wearing any of them lmao

honestly im very curious on how they would implement the merfolk romance and marriage and kids, considering they're living underwater and the player is human unless they have a questline where the player gains a tail and fins and moves underwater with the merfolk romance characters

I very much agree with you about all the little minor annoyances that add up needing to be fixed. I also agree about wanting fewer spoilers in the game trailers please! I deliberately didn't play the game for over 6 months until the full release because I wanted to find things out for myself. Which makes the 'full release' of the game not feel complete--parts of the storyline cannot be advanced at this point. So I'm back to not playing the game until they add these major items (not going into details because spoilers.) It's just frustrating!

Oh man you addressed the animals clipping together, it’s so frustrating! I’m not at that point where I can justify buying an auto collector yet, and I’m confidently adjusted to my daily farm routine including petting and collecting produce. Even at 50% speed, it’s a waste of time to wait for a cow to move or go in and out of barn doors just to milk a cow 😭

I hope they make the day length percentage more adjustable than 50%.. maybe go down to 25 that way you have longer days to get things done.

I feel like they should have added some dialogue and events for the Merfolk kingdom before the 1.0 release. Like up to 5 hearts like they did during early access with the other love interests. It’s kind of disappointing to work so hard to unlock the kingdom and finish the Coral Tree storyline but not get to speak with any of the characters. I love diving and the ocean is my favorite part of the game so it’s a very big part for me. Or they could have done it like they did the Giants storyline where the quest doesn’t pop up until they implemented relationships as a sort of, ‘you can’t romance any of the merfolk because they haven’t accepted you as one of them’ type thing. Other than that, I’ve noticed the characters talk more about the recycling center which makes me wonder if it’s going to be a big part of the storyline later on. I’m excited for the hangout mechanic. It may be something like My Time in Sandrock where you can have dates at specific spots of the island.

I play on rog ally. I hope they put in more mechanics for the system, while it’s pretty nice. It does seem to crash every time I save during year two (it would be nice to be able to say without having to go to sleep and waste a day ) so I had to stop playing and also I’m not able to decorate my house. I can’t put furniture in inventory and it’s very difficult to move around to try to put furniture in my house.

Have you come across the bug where if you participated in one of the mini games during the winter festival? In my case, it was trivia. Right after you exit trivia, you crash. my game is unplayable, and I feel like I may have to start over, and I'm just wondering if you or anyone watching has experienced this.

I bought v1.0 Coral Island as I (maybe naively) expected all major parts to be complete. I was somewhat annoyed when I realised this wasn't the case and I do think calling it '1.0' is a bit deceptive. In particular I would say the missing fire giant quest and missing altar rewards should have been finished before moving out of early access. That said I did really enjoy the game, I'm just putting it down until the game is actually complete.

I think the crashes are the worst I have an x box x and can't participate in the cow competition in the animal festival because the game keeps crashing! It's very frustrating to have a new system and it seem to STILL not handle the game. Also I fished everyday in summer and didn't get one shark it shouldn't be impossible, all I get is barracuda over and over.

For me, the crashes and repeated diagloue is the worst. at the moment i am stuck at the harvest festival because it crashes with everything, the apple bopping mini-game and when i go up to the alter. ive tried to play the harvest festival 3 times and gave up after the 3rd time it crashed. If anyone has any tips how they got through it, please share x

I just got town rank A after a little over 250hrs. The game is definitely fun and I love and I am invested in the characters and their stories, however the game is missing content, primarily in the way of story and just overall refinement of gameplay and features. My experience has been on PC with absolutely no crashes, but my pc is also pretty good so I wasn’t surprised. I was very disappointed how little Pufferfish has to do with the story. The romance option is not fleshed out, perhaps my biggest letdown. I wanted to so bad romance Rafael which I did but after I got the camping/kissing scene, I was never again referred to as his significant other. The boyfriend and girlfriend experience is not a thing here yet. I didn’t get married because I didn’t want to. I would also add a feature to the map indicating where there are slices of life scenes or story progressing cutscenes. I would encounter these scenarios and go on weeks without knowing I was supposed to roam around the map to trigger the event. I was often busy at my farm trying to get it perfect and I wouldn’t have time to go to the town to catch up with the villagers. This is my first time playing a game like this, I never got to playing Stardew, and I didn’t know roaming is the way to trigger things lol. There is definitely a lot of content here now but its not a complete experience. My biggest gripe is that many people who played the game to the degree that I did will not come back to re do a second round. I will stop playing the game for now so that I can hype up again for a possible 2nd playthrough once they fix or add the missing features and content . During my time with the game, I got Rank A all offerings, got to year 2 fall, got all insects, and gems. Working on fishing , fossil and artifacts.

i really hope they don't port just for the "next switch" because i probably won't be able to afford it in a long time and i really want to play this game. my computer can't handle the game and i can't afford to upgrade it anyways... i just want to play it as soon as possible

I have nothing new to say that you didn’t already say in the video or someone else wrote in the comments. Basically i just want the game to be finished. I am almost 1 year in and i am basically finished with everything thats in the game. I'm dragging my feet on romancing and finishing the temple and museum because i dont want to complete everything and lose that desire to come back and finish it up once more is released. Hopefully we get that 2024 roadmap.

I want to see the Controller issues fixed on PC (atm you struggle to pick up eggs and the like from the floor of the coop for example and in minigames controls are borderline clunky and laggy, which makes winning impossible). There is also still the issue that the 10 heart event for male romances is not triggering for a lot of players. I myself have this problem with Pablo, but in the Steamforums Scott, Mark and Wakuu were also mentioned a lot. My wishlist would kinda look like that: 1.) let our pet be part of the village community - let it interact with the kids, the other town pets or certain npcs. And most important: let it roam outside on my farm. I feel like I have imprisoned my sweet little fox after "saving" him from the shelter. He never saw the sun again after that. I regret it - he would have been given better care from Mark. 2.) Events between my kids and their respective parent - some sweet little scenes how they interact with each other like Paul and Zoe or Dinda & Archie. Maybe have a school talk later on with the teacher as a family with strengths & weaknesses discussed depending on the respective spouse. Maybe even a subtle hint or outlook of future interests of our child and how our spouse handles it with us as a supporter. 3.) Let there be love rival events, like give some bachelors and bachelorettes potential love interests that they pursue when we don`t signal our interest and let us see how this may or may not develop. 3.) Bachelores and Bachelorettes that we didn`t romance should have the possibility to finding their own luck or marry our respective "love rivales" and have their own families. I always wondered why it is only the farmer who marries and has family, while all others stay single for the rest of their lives or just stay put in the village without ever pursuing their own dreams and endevours and never find happiness in the end. I know that is one hell to code- but I ask a provocative question: why not? It is kind of a life simulation or not? 4.) On a more realistic note: looking forward to the overhaul of the ocean world and the respective citizens (hope there will be a few more interactible npcs down the line) 5.) Hope the story finds completion 6.) Let the citizens of Coral Island notice how long I am already living on the farm and know when I have my birthday (and act accordingly)

One of my main gripes with the game is not being able to save whenever I want.... if I have to step away from coral island in instant for whatever reason, I have to run back to my home and waste 1 in-game day just to save because they're too lazy to include a quicksave mechanic.

I’ve been playing the game for about two or three months? Probably around the time it got released from beta. Not long after I started playing I found out about the merfolk. Which to be honest is my absolute dream, to have a game where I could be a mermaid- THEN I found out about the final quest. But anyways, back on track. Once I found out that they were releasing merfolk to be romance options. It threw all my plans into disarray. Now I’m just building my farm, befriending everyone and waiting around until the merfolk are fully released so I can consider romancing them. Or if you can have multiple relationships. What the situation will be. Will the people who chose a romance before other options were available have a breakup option? Will they be able to pursue other romantic interests. I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️ I feel like adding more romantic partners into the game complicates things. Because some people might’ve already have made a choice. Then if they allow multiple partners, is it going to be like we’re going to a whole new town for our OTHER family?

As far as roadmaps and communication goes, it's not actually something I'd push too hard for. Development is messy and things don't/won't go the way they're planned and adding specific dates just puts unnecessary stress/expectations. Realistically somethings will end up taking way longer than anticipated and somethings will take way less than anticipated. I think a "this is what we plan on getting done this year" is a much more reasonable thing than a super granular dev roadmap. I've seen so many small devs struggle with keeping to roadmaps and the inevitable harsh words, from expectant players in return to those struggles, is just fuel for the fire of what often is already a stressful job.

For me bug fixes. I currently cant play without it crashing on xbox. Its a festival day, auto seeders are plantng, satellite crashed down and when i get to festival for cow race boom crashes lol. Aside from fixing those bugs, its heart/relationship fixes. Like once i got engaged to eva the other toons shouldn't be trying to hook up with me lol just makes me feel bad for some of them. Also give me multiple save file slots. I mean once i worked hard built up my farm and was ready to date npc i want to save my game so i can branch out to explore the heart events passed 8. With the museum i hope they add a view feature so we can see either what we collected or what we need to collect still. Like i have 1 more insect,fish and treasure to get but no idea what one, so ive been keeping a spreadsheet and checking them off a to try and help narrow it down as th season and weather changes. For treasure its either shimmering, marble or pirate but rng is horrible lol.

I was not a backer of this game, but I did start playing way back in the beginning of early access. I found the game to be beautiful but frustrating and of course, incomplete. At the time, the devs were nerfing anything that the players could make money from. Sharks, rare flowers, artisan makers, it all got nerfed to the bone. The prices to buy things got seriously raised. And the fishing....God the fishing. Trying desperately for days to get a silver sardine or a hammerhead shark drove me nuts. I gave up on the game in disgust. When I heard it had finally been released, I decided to give it another go and was gratified that I at least got to keep the 680,000 I had made so far in the game. I've been playing now for several weeks and I'm enjoying it for the most part. I am VERY surprised they did not add the option for manual saves. That is a no brainer. I was also surprised that so much stuff is still not done. Romance is sketchy, plot lines are still incomplete, decorating your house is still a major issue with bugs and erratic placement. I still find the WASD key movement with keyboard and mouse to be clunky and annoying. If you're going to use that kind of control, at least give us an over the shoulder camera, so steering feels natural. I'm kind of afraid CI will go the way of Fae Farm. It will be a big splash and then when players figure out there is nothing of substance under the pretty graphics, no one will care about it anymore. I think CI has more going on than Fae Farm turned out to have. At least characters have conversations and not just empty lines they repeat all the time. There are actual relationships in this game, but they need more fleshing out. A few particular complaints - If we're going to have rare flowers in the game, at least increase the spawn rate. I'm tired of wasting my mornings looking for Titan Arums and Rafflesia only to get one the whole season, and I have to give that to the Goddess. Don't require fish for the altar offerings that you can only catch if you roll the dice right on a given day. Put books in the library. Let pets outside to roam the farm. They have other animals wandering about, why not our pets? And well, pretty much everything else posters here have been talking about. I had hopes that the devs had fixed this game when I started playing again. There have been improvements, but for a full release, it's still lacking. I'm really hoping 2024 brings more to the game. The game has a lot of potential.

Worked really hard at building a farm and relationships. Farm now making over $100k daily and married Lily. Just not enough to keep my attention now. Started Farthest Frontier. Hope they add to Coral Island.

It seems that is on Xbox have more bugs that need to be addressed I have 2 chests with duplicate tools since every time I do a tool enchantment the game filled every available space with a tool duplicate also it suck that for some reason I am not able to decorate my house since the game doesn’t allow me to pick up furniture already placed in the house

I just got the game, and only played like 30min because I watched your videos with all the beginner tips and well.. I will just start over with my farm xD The only thing that I want is a different cow. I do not like the design of them for this game. I know it's a nod to the Harvest Moon ones, they are cute there, but it clashes so much with the more realistic designs of the other animals and it just bothers me. Don't know if I'm the only one who feels like that. So for now, no milk on my farm.

Is there a way to auto grab crops without having to always press. Was super convenient in SV you can hold down and your character keeps harvesting. Also harvesting is a pain for me always to have to be on a very specific spot to collect. Also from what I have seen romancing is very bland. The characters look amazing but no depth or feeling for the farmer. Goes from bland conversation to getting married.

I will play when completed feels unfinished right now.

I really wish they’d add a nap feature so that we don’t have to start a new day everytime we want to renew our energy

As much as I would love to see all the new features, I would like to see the x box crashes fixed first. Its pratically unplayable 😥

I hope they focus on fixing the crashes that randomly happen in game for PC. New content will only be nice if we can actually play it. The game was more stable before actual release for me.. which is kinda sad after putting 195hrs in.

A lot of people saw 1.0 as a let down, and as much as it could have been better, I feel like Stairway was rushed!!! One of my biggest hopes is that Stairway comes back with a big update after their break that has the haters more happy about the games state. I've noticed a lot of hate on their discord and as much as it saddens me to see it, I also kind of understand why they're so upset with the games current state. So I'm hoping they come out with a great update soon that makes the wait worth while!!! Seeing the devs getting so much hate is terrible 😔 Anyways, other than that, one of the things I'm most looking forward to is content for the kids!! I can't wait to see how it's all going to work and to be able to raise kids with your spouse in game! I'm excited to see how we'll be able to interact with the children and how our spouses will, too!! and getting to watch them grow up will DEFINITELY be fun (and cute!!!) ❤💚❤ I'm also really, really excited for dates!! I need to go on dates with my Pabloooo lol! 😂😂😂😂😂 but I also really want to see the mini games!! Especially pool, ~~I could play with Pabloooooo lol~~ That's all I can think of!!! 😄

I would love to be able to sit Auto save would be divine. Going to bed to save game is super annoying.
