Like others before me, I would enjoy a rental property video. I am an estate planning attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area. I advise my clients with rental properties to put them in an LLC, then put the LLC into their trust. Putting rental properties in the trust ensures that they will be managed if you become incapacitated and will go to who you specify if you should die. But putting them in an LLC insulates your other trust properties from any liability that may arise in the rental property.

As someone who has been very adventurous and traveled a lot, watching your videos gives me chills, to be honest. Because I lost myself living in a city instead and not following my true calling and having a more exciting and adventurous life. You bring a lot of inspiration, positivity, and a unique perspective on life. Thank you for creating these videos and sharing them with us :) Wish you all the best.

Hi Rose 🌹👋🏾! Always great to see your videos. This was a great topic because once again, you’ve covered expenses I wouldn’t of thought about while on the road from pet food to miscellaneous items. I would love to see a video of your favorite travel/RV items. I am particularly interested in the pan that you’ve used to reheat your food - I would like one of my own! 😂 Stay warm and safe as always! ✌🏾

If you want to step up your coffee, you can get single cup pour over "coffee maker." they tend to be about the size of a coffee cup. You will need a way to heat the water, but you already have that. The coffee maker I have (Kalita) does use filters, but they don't take up too much space. There is one from OXO that has a water reservoir you don't have to stand around pouring more water into the maker until you have the amount of coffee you. I might buy one for when I go into the office, but I don't go into the office too often and don't usually want coffee when I'm there, which is why I haven't bought it...yet. Plus, I tend to want a cold drink, so the convenience of Starbucks making it is a major factor. Luckily, I don't want it too often. At least I will walk to get it because it only takes 7 minutes to get there from my desk, but a little longer to get back. Walking up three flights of stairs just takes a little longer than going down, but at least I burn a few calories.

I would love to know how to make kimchi stew! It looks pretty easy and tasty! I also eat pho. Do you ever make that also? My lifestyle is more like yours than I've seen in other channels, so it's good to see the budget from your perspective. You have a lot of expenses that I don't have, but as for the balance of healthy food & restaurants, I would be about the same as your budget. Also, I appreciate that you go to Wework.... I needed to work on my last trip and Wework would have been a great solution. Coincidentally, my last trip was to Las Vegas from California, thru Utah and into Colorado! So my gas expenses would have been similar. I plan to go full time at some point, so the occasional hair appointment might be a great idea, especially in colder weather, since I also have long hair. In conclusion, I learned some new ideas and got to see some of my food choices reflected in your experience!

Rose I love seeing a finance woman living free spirited life! I’m in a process of moving into a car life hopefully in the spring 🌸 I was curious how much do you pay for the car registration? I recently learned the fee depends on the year and weight of the vehicle - which yours sound would be somewhat expensive? I’ve also learned if you’re a business owner, driving a “heavy” vehicle gives a tax break. A random Q but seemed like you’d be a perfect person to ask! Thx❤

Really, your life seems like an amazing adventure. However, I hope you don't over do it because traveling alone in a van is dangerous. I mean, parking on lots at night or in a solitary area is a vulnerable state of existence. I bet your family is concern about your safety. Rose, just be careful.

I used to buy them same Starbucks packets. Then I found these tin cans that come in a pack of 3 that are basically the same stuff just in "bulk". They're waaaaay cheaper and you can make the coffee stronger if you so desire. I recommend the tin cans! Also, I think you made a mistake in saying there are 54 weeks in a year.

Make sure you do NOT brush your teeth within 60 min of drinking that lemon water. It's a very acidic drink that makes tooth enamel very soft right afterwards. If you brush your teeth too soon, say bye bye to the enamel. You'll never get it back. I would ditch the lemon and just drink water.

Can you please do a long video on what you cook and what you eat to lose weight and costs, this is so hard for me as I am not a huge cook, but trying to eat healthy without having to spend a huge amount of time in the kitchen, would also love good exercise program see results, but not spending 3 hrs at a gym. I am 52 and trying to learn everything you know at your 20s and 30s, things i have never been taught from money to just making and enjoying life. I am basically backwards from alot of people, I raised my girls now trying to build a life and future for myself. Thank you so much for your help and videos. I've been watching vids about the costs of living like this for a while. I want to travel the US so badly. The price tag is too much though. I live in a large 1800sq foot condo with a 2 car garage just north of Atlanta with a pool and gym for less than 770 a month mortgage that includes taxes and insurance. My HOA dues are a little high at almost 300 per month. I spend about 1k a month on food, utilities etc. I keep telling myself it's just too expensive to leave. Now I'm starting to wonder if I should turn my home into an air bnb and buy a van because I want to get out there so badly
