I thought the same thing Clark. There are a bunch of sing alongs with Teddy and this song on YT shorts. I don't know what the formal name is for them, but there's a section he leaves empty and people can sing on their own, even make up their own lyrics. Anyway, there's a lot of those people that can do that run. And frankly, there are a few that have just as good or better voices than any of the auditions so far.

i agree 100%. his tone is nice but he didn't seem to have a lot of control or breath control over his voice. seemed very very green. but i think someone could take him and make him better

I was somewhat distracted by his breath control. His phrases were clipped because of it, it seemed to me. He has a nice tone, but my first impression is that he has limited range. As Katy said, in a nice way, diamond in the rough.

You are right. He has a good voice but not a great voice. Sometimes the judges are baffling.

The song just sounded wierd without a full band (especially the percussion). Its kinda like there was to much dead space or lack of sound...someone better at improv might have done better. But he's got a good tone.

He was imitating Mr Swins to a T he needs to find his own voice, not taking away anything from his talent he is a very good vocalist but he needs to find his own style and voice.
