Jay Slater, a missing 19 year old currently in Tenerife. I give my views and furthermore how to keep yourself safe so that you aren't caught up in a life threatening situation.

12 months ago he avoided jail for being involved in an assault that resulted in some kid having his head split open by a golf club/machete attack. In Tenerife he ends up at an apartment of some stranger and attempts to walk 11 hours back to his digs. Just seen interview with his mum, and Karen Matthews gets the Oscar over her. £30k raised on Go Fund Me. All seems very odd to me.

Going to a rave while on a suspended sentence under probation where you cannot commit crimes where he will inevitably take drugs , can’t say anyone should feel sorry for the kid, he made his own choices after being let off for a attempted murder , no idea while his mothers giving it the crocodile tears

Yes, him and seven others beat a poor boy and gave him life changing injuries, then laughed and joked in court about it all. The judge had said they were all lucky they escaped jail due to their behaviour. The boys' name is Tom Hilton.

I just dont understand why he would leave the road when he did not know where he was? He waited until Morning before he headed back supposedly. Why would you let your friend go off alone in a foreign country with people they DO NOT KNOW? i wouldn't dare! Hope hes Safe and found soon!💙

Jay slater machete, thats what people are looking into , he was in court last year for being part of a gang of lads who butchered a 17 year old lad but got away with it, speculation as usual but some are saying the 2 English blokes he went off with may have known of his crime coz they are also from the uk and could be linked, personally I think he found shade and passed out.

still Bully case very suspicious, why was her husband not investigated properly, her case is not even solved, when she passed away , he spoke more about the children than what he cared about her, how trust worthy were the investigation team, criticism coming the way of media detection, i think they might be better detectives than the real ones, believing every sob fib stories, the dog and the phone something didn't make sense, as if the phone was placed there, someone knew that dog aside from her. was her husband not at home and nearby where she disappeared in the 💦

Still a child in my opinion, wouldn’t let my child leave the city let alone a different country to go to a rave/festival. It’s common knowledge there is alcohol and drugs at these things. And it only takes one bad judgement call. I hope the wee man is safe and found soon.

the trouble is people are not allowing them to grow up and learn basics of life and common sense. so much pressure out there now its bad. When i was his age i was married and on my way to Germany on my own to be with my army husband. Parents need to really train their young people to live a good life and how to survive in the world. Pressure is bad on young people now; way too much of it.

it is a closed case, just not on places like tik tok, whatsapp and facebook. She died tragically. No mystery too it. I used to fish all the time on canals and the area she went in was steep she could have easily have popped down the water to splash some water on her face after the phone call she had, and got half way down and slipped straight into FREEZING COLD water. she would have been gone in seconds. no mystery, just sadness.

A thug was high and drunk and has went missing - wtf is sports science going to do to bring him back ! Great waste of a few years lads , you can get work in the local sports centre once your finished solving this case ! Bet you two are a bundle of fun to be around

Tenerife is so warm when fneres no wind. I blistered really bad it was so warm. Hopefully hes ok and found soon, i couldn't imagine getting lost in a foreign country on top of it all.

Let's stop all the nonsense. His EXACT location and journey is known to police, plus the other phones that were with him when he was travelling. The Police can also find what his final location was, how long he was there and his journey back, including which other phones were nearby at the time just before he vanished. There is a lot more going on if the Police know his last known location from the phone and suddenly can't find him. The police know what has happened and who was with him, they are just trying to get enough evidence of who caused his death.

APPLAUDE YOU SIR. BRILLIANT. A Voice of reason. a) Nicola bulley fell into freezing water and ended up in 18foot depth of water and she was on the bottom in seconds. b) My father worked in desert rescue in the forces and they found pilots FROZEN to DEATH as the deserts got that cold at night. c) Sadly Dr Michael Mosley was found seconds away from a bar he was missed by loads of people. d) Jay for some reason decided not to stay in the house with friends he had met, and get back to where he was on holiday. Could be something was said and he didn't feel like staying there and made a decision. Anyone with sense would know you cant walk out in mountainous terrain with no water or food nothing. I believe he has fell or went to find shelter and went unconscious. Sadly I feel it would be a miracle if he is found safe and well. As to the vile comments all over the media about this young man, its disgusting. He will have made a judgement error sadly probably costing him his life. Also will people please leave Lucy alone his friend who is being attacked on media saying its all a scam, his mum is in a terrible state. WHAT is wrong with these people, dragging up something he was supposed to have done in 2021 and saying he deserves death its vile AND UNCALLED FOR. THIS is a young man on his first holiday, and sadly probably his last. THANK you for you calm and unbiased thoughts on this. You must get frustrated as how many cases have we seen lately where people go off on mountains and end up sadly deceased. again thank you.

The boy and his family are trying to make him disappear . Watch his mum's bloody interviews ! So people aren't allowed opinions but you are ? Mate your an amateur detective , no you did work experience for a year and almost lied and said many years ! Drinking for 3 days , yet his mum says he's sensible . How would he stay awake for 3 hours I wonder ! You start off slating people's comments and Holding up the police, listen TO EXACTLY what your doing .
