I got bored and turned Animal Crossing villagers into Pokémon Gym Leaders. Here's what I came up with :)

Ok but, imagine Judy as the Fairy gym leader being a couple of evil geniuses with Petri the Electric leader. Like, everyone gets that dangerous vibe from Petri but you know there's also something off with the overly cute star-eyed Pink-wearing cub, and then surprise! She's also one of the evil team leaders!

My Judy and Sherb are mischevious fae folk that like to kidnap my villagers and say cursed mysterious things (though this itteration of Sherb is leaning more psychic cause he acts more scholarly than unsettling like my last Sherb) so that checks out she'd be a perfect evil fairy queen 😅😅

Audie is such a water type girlie. I’m surprised Tiansheng isn’t a fighting type leader since he’s based on Sun Wukong: a monkey who loves fighting. A goku ahead of his time. Passimian would be his ace. “Larry-coded” murdered me tho.

as the world's only Hans fan, i have even more reasons for him to be the ice type leader! his whole gym could be part ski lodge (from his villager house and hhd request) and part stage, from his passion for theater and performance (from his profile tidbits! one of his hobbies is even bending spoons.) he could deliver chilling performances, both on the stage and on the slopes!

I have always dreamt of the day we get a Animal Crossing x Pokémon collab game. Instead of villagers we get to live with Pokémon, and instead of villager types it’s their actual type they’re grouped by

I think a game the other way around where villagers are pokemon would be cool but only because I love the idea of Apple being a legendary, catching her into order to save the world, her twirling in glee into the pose from her poster when I send her out her PokeBall and than absolutely washing the elite four with her z move "the apple falls hard from the tree"

Omg please I love this Cobbs is a professor He's studying different forms of Pokemon (mega/regional/etc.), since he himself is a zombie and/or a mad scientist (secret research lab home) preferred types are poison/psychic Rosie is a performer She performs with Merry too, and owns a talent agency (happy home theme) fairy (Merry prefers normal and psychic) I feel like Rodeo would make a good psychic type gym leader too you don't see it coming outside of his clothes and eyes, but then he hits you with his passion for magic (happy home theme is wizardly watchtower). He just seems like some guy you run into sometimes, who also dozes off mid-conversation, until boom. Diana is definitely one of his gym trainers. psychic

Lucy would’ve been a good runner up for being a ghost-type gym leader. Her HHP home is based around a large doll collection, and haunted dolls are a popular horror staple (at least I think…).

I need to see this happen, perfect, especially the hide and seek challenge. My honorable mention for flying type is Filbert who also requests an airplane/cosmic ship for happy home paradise. Skye the sweetest shiest villager on my island owning the most badass team I support this

This was an amazing video 😭🤌🏼 the cross over i didn’t know i needed ! but I hope you can make more of this into a small series, like the elite 4, the npc as gym leaders, or things like in aloha series where they have the aloha elite 4. maybe even do one where they show the bad guys too as animal crossing villagers !! 🩷🩷

OKAY but hear me out: Petri should have Plusle and Minun on her team!! her ear colors remind me of them, plus they're little STEM babies and i love that. Also, sue me for being basic but my choice for Elite Four champion would be Raymond. Because in the Pokemon games everyone is like OMG CHAMPION SO STRONG but then you beat them like its nothing. And I feel like that's Raymond, very hyped up but could never win in a real fight 😆 and he could just have all the cat pokemon lmao.

Tangy should be the Grass gym leader because she’s got a leaf on her head and is a fruit lol. Her team would all be fruit Pokemon like Cherrim, Exeggutor, Smolive, etc.
