Yeah, people have been saying that for 47 years now. Now, what about if you ask someone how far away some location is and they reply with a time, like "two hours". That is a measurement of time,, not distance, but it can be correct if the intent is to say it would take two hours to get there. Likewise, a measurement of distance could be correct if it describes something like how much distance is required to do "X". Since we don't know what the "Kessel Run" is, we can't really say whether Han's assertion is correct or wrong.
