I was heading back to my car from an atheist rally and saw this street preacher and thought I would challenge him.

I think it's odd, annoying, and funny how some people usually religion believers or accommodationist unbelievers, get upset at me, or want to take issue with me, for "bothering" street preachers. Even, when they are out bothering everyone else, to begin with.
What they don't remember or choose to forget is when you bring your views to the public as is your free speech right, so to do others have a free speech right to challenge your offered beliefs. How can one not assume the Street Preachers who are out there willing to be bothered since they are so openly willing to bother other people themselves?

Atheist Pride is what separates them from the Truth (God is Truth). For God resisteth the PROUD but GIVETH GRACE unto the "HUMBLE". They are full of pride that they think they already know the whole Bible just by reading it. If you are not saved you don't have the Holy Spirit. IF you don't have the Holy Spirit then you WOULD NEVER UNDERSTAND THE DEEPER MEANING OF GOD's WORD.

rns, wheelchair dude is very dominating. the other dude was calm because he was intimidated. fear is a part of it if you don't fear God how you going to do what he said. how cuz you not fear God when you know he made everything. and no fearing God Is Not the Only aspect and it's not the aspect that's going to destroy somebody's face or create it the other side of the flag is what's going to destroy or create the faith.

"Fear" God translates to have deep respect or reguard for God. We are supposed to have respect for Him because I believe he is the reason why we are put on earth and He sacrificed his Son; God the father (male) sacrificed his son (male) to cleanse us of our sins and save us from going to the fiery pits of hell.

The TubeJacker No it's not at all. Preaching is educating people and trying to CONVERT them. The CHOICE of believing what is being preached is yours not the preachers. No one is forcing you to do anything, all that is being done is trying to CONVINCE people to join their faith. "If I wanted to hear that crap I would go to church". The point of preaching is to preach and convert people that aren't of your faith, why would they try to convert people of their own faith at their church? No one is asking or forcing YOU to listen or be near the preacher. In your situation, if they're on your property just ask them to leave. If they're not on your property, I don't know what to do about that.

Most fat people know how a healthy diet looks like, but decide to eat unhealthy stuff. Most smokers know that smoking is unhealthy, but decide to keep smoking. Losing weight and quitting smoking is very hard, because both are addictions. Losing weight is even harder. Want to quit smoking? Just don´t smoke anymore. That´s hard, but after a few weeks it gets easier. When you want to lose weight, you still have to eat, you can´t just stop eating. i don´t blame fat people who can´t manage to lose weight. I blame those wo aren´t even trying.

It was sarcasm... Rightly so. There are 27 books in the new testament... only 4 are called the gospels. Furthermore, there was no Matthew, Mark, Luke or JOhn walking around with JEsus and recording everything that he said or did. The gospels are just stories passed down through generations for hundreds of year not eyewitness. of those 27 books in the New Testament, Paul is accredited for writing more than 14 are diretly attributed to Paul. That's the irony and why it can be called the gospel of Paul. You would not have much of a bible if you only read the 4 Gospel of Jesus books. Furthermore, let's not get caught up in semantics. Saying the "Gospel according to Paul" is not difference than saying "The gospel according to Luke". Dude in the wheelchair just worded it differently, yet it is very accurate especially considering that the gospel means nothing more than the teachings of Christ.

The fact you are concentrating on him saying “the gospel of Paul” rather than the actual content of his arguments, says everything about your own lack of understanding. Semantics is a thing, and if you refuse to acknowledge that then I’d say you fit quite well within the ‘club’ of Christianity.

@@cboy-ou2hr God is all powerful. If we do not fear God, it would be difficult to obey His law. He is the King, the ultimate power to put things in order. God is a loving God but He also has His wrath. Not a careless wrath but a just wrath against sin. If we see God as only "love" without fear, then we wouldn't believe in His punishment, thus not believing in Hell. You can love, fear, and respect God all at the same time.

I actually disagree...I think it's healthy to seek the truth, so NO, it isn't that simple. If people go on believing a falsehood for all of human existence, I think that's a deterrent from human advancement. People will be better off knowing the truth rather than believing in something that isn't there. They'd be better off because once you can start to understand facts and evidence, it leads to the ability and drive to achieve more knowledge.

I’m gonna be completely unbiased here, even as a Christian. There’s no way to prove God is real, and there’s no way to prove he isn’t real. It really does depend on your faith and what you believe. And that goes for any religion. But it would make peoples lives a little easier to know more about their religion before they go in front of an atheist rally to defend it. For ANY religion, like I said. Respect both sides, everyone was calm, everyone has their own beliefs. No hate.

I have nerve damage due to a big rig accident and do to depression I gained weight but since the video I got a spinal block am not in a wheelchair and mostly can walk without a cain but usally still need a foot brave and have lost like 80 lbs so thanks for your consern.

No, that comment I made was wrong, we were all wrong to make fun of God. We should be thankful of him for giving us a second chance even if we were bad to him. The universe was not created by itself, it needed something to be created. If there was someone that could create the universe, it would have to be God. If you ask God for forgiveness, and try to read the Bible more and more, you will have wisdom of what God's character actually is. You will feel God more and more like I do all the time.

Believing that the thing that created you and has control over every single aspect of the universe will make you suffer in the most ultimate torment and pain for all of eternity just for the relatively infinitely small thought of doubting the validity of something that has no supporting evidence is psychological torture and immoral to tell children or people who are vulnerably gullible and fearful.

First, I am thankful they were able to have a very civil conversation without violence. Second, the "street preacher" was not prepared at all. As a Christian myself, I cringe at these people who try to witness without any answers. Peter said to ALWAYS be ready to give an answer for the reason of the hope that is in you. If you're gonna preach, you might want to know what you're preaching about.
