Why is Pencil in Have Cots? Moving Blocky makes more sense

I believe the writers would put Bubble and Pencil in the same team for an arc for them to solve their issues from BFB 1

@@Starfruitguy but that would stull break the team idea. Have Cots is supposed to have characters with cool colors and Pencil isn't a cool color. Also,Have Nots fits her more since Match is there.
