CUSTOM Projectiles In BTD6 / Bloons TD 6! This is a mod that allows you to set the projectile of any tower you want! The result: some pretty crazy combinations... see exactly what kind of combinations I use in this 1 tower challenge with a twist.

T1 tower projectiles only, you can upgrade your towers but they can only use projectiles of T1 or base towers

@@aidenconway9087110 bomb would be slightly better right? Although the range or attack speed probably wouldn't do anything since the upgrades only work on the projectile and the range/attack speed affect the tower not the projectile.

an idea on how to balance this mod is that you have to buy the tower first in order to use its projectiles, so for the first dart monkey youd have to buy the 020 bomb shooter first in order to use its projectiles. (either you sell it after buying or you buy it where it cant hit any bloons or you just keep it idk)

Maybe make it so you can swap the projectiles of two towers (then ofc you can't sell a tower if it didn't get its projectile back, so you can't just buy something good and sell it)

Cool idea: You can use any projectile of the same cross path as the tower. With another challenge added on as well. Maybe like half cash chimps?

HALF CASH CHIMPS?!? I don't care what mods you have installed you're fucking insane for even thinking about half cash chimps. And it's not even possible since half cash and chimps are alternate versions of hard mode and can only have 1 at a time.

I have an idea how one could implement this mod more balanced: All towers get a "sacrifice" option which sacrifices the nearest towers and copies it's projectiles. This way you actually have to pay for the projectile. Or make it an ability that works like Adora's Sacrifice so you can select any tower.

You know what'd be neat? Another video where you test some of the more powerful projectiles you've found on like Tack Zone, Sky Shredder, Grandmaster, and Elite Defender, just to see how far they can go. Things like Biggest One, Super Mines, and Perma Spike.

Yo ISAB, got a neat video idea I wanted to tell you! Basically, you need to beat 200 rounds on Chimps with only 2 towers (not including buffs and stuff like that) while falling at terminal velocity rocketing towards the ground without a parachute! I tried this once myself but couldn't do it, surely a BTD master such as yourself could do it!

A fun challenge with this mod would be randomizing the projectile the towers shoot but you're allowed to upgrade your towers and the projectiles must be from another tower of the same tier (basically, a tower would have its projectile replaced with the upgrade path projectile from another tower)

when it comes to this mod, i think the 4-0-0 druid lightning ball is underrated, because each ball shoots out lightnings so the AOE is crazy

It's a secondary projectile so the tower would shoot thorns.

@@Bigjar420 but it's still a secondary projectile though, the druid's thorns will always be the main projectile, just like what happened with dragon's breath when ISAB used it in the video, if you pick 4-0-0 druid, the projectile would still be thorns because it's the primary

ISAB, I loved the challengeeeee I remember when Tewtiy tested this, he had a cheat sheet for the allowed names, maybe with that you could use the Boomer Paragon projectilesss. An also it may be interesting the same challenge but with the same tower, changing its projectile every other round, or maybe a crazy map with a dartling gunner and stuff like that...

You could also do primary training projectile and also if it works, 5xx tack shooter with the meteor.

The problem with sniper was the projectiles you picked, smart move for the attack speed but the origin of its attack being the balloon instead of the tower backfired

The reason why the Druid couldn’t hit camo with juggernaut balls was because both the Druid and the tower it gets it’s projectile from need camo. If you had a 402 dart monkey projectile and a camo village it would work. Edit: I would recommend using a camo sub and camo village for the best results

Yeah. The mod seems to use more than just the projectiles for the changes. It seems just to just copy paste the aspects of the tower.

@@CowKirbo I'm pretty sure it's just the projectile. The reason it can't hit camo even tho it can target it is because otherwise a 400 Juggernaut would be able to hit camo bloons that happen to be near normal bloons. It's an aspect of the projectile, not the tower

No, just the projectile needs camo. Even if the druid couldn't see it it'd be fine.

This could be really cool with a randomiser picking your projectiles for you (like on a wheel or something), and you have to pick towers to survive. However, an added bonus is you can't use a tower more than once to prevent spamming the really fast shooters.

whatever you use this mod for in the future, i'm curious how the glue projectiles would perform on a heli or something. also pretty curious about what it'd look like if my personal favorite tower that i think is criminally underrated, a 0-2-5 dart tower, were to shoot something like x-x-5 ice tower projectiles. how would it work if you chose the top path monkey sub? would it give it the submerge option? can you give elite targeting to any tower in the same way? can you give a tack zone the 5-x-x village ballista?

Here's a challenge idea: Another brick chimps, but only towers on the left side of the wall. I did it in challenge browser with a bit extra money, so the start is actually possible (i removed top bricks and placed adora) The code to the challenge is ZMDLPPH. Also I banned heli and ace bc they go on over the wall and are chesse. It's definitely a pretty hard challenge but not insane, maybe it's possible with only removing top bricks that could be fun, cuz I used Pspike at the back, pretty boring. Lastly i forgot alch can see over wall so I mistankely banned x5x alch, shouldt really matter tho. Hope you try it, it's a cool challenge

For strong projectiles, don't forget the top path village, top path tack shooter (maybe), bottom path boomerang, and bottom path engineer (maybe) (non-bad rounds)

Dude the mod only works with BASE PROJECTILES, not special attacks. Engi is easily the worst tower in the entire game for this mod and inferno ring is a terrible choice too.

Maybe a good way to balance is to have a base tower (bought at full price) have its projectiles be replaced with a source tower (be bought at half price?). Then, any upgrade bought by the base tower stacks with the source tower
