I feel like giganto should for sure have the deepest and most intimidating voice, wyvern should have a more crazy and wild voice kinda like zazz from lost world but not completely, and the knight should be the show not tell mute of the group that’s completely silent yet the hardest to defeat. Edit: I purposely didn’t mention supreme because… it’s supreme.

Not bad, just pitch down, alter a little, effects, echo/reverb, and most of all, panning to make sense to where the voice is coming from and echoing to, and you could make a pretty impressive piece of work here.
