So in contrast, kenjaku would lose the very moment he gets hit with gojo's domain sure hit effect and after that gojo just ripping his head off would be the perfect ending for him

Honestly, if Gojo truly decided to sacrafice the people down in Shibuya to "safe the world" he just could pop an Infinite Void encompass everyone around and end it in seconds. Even if Kenjaku joins later on, everyone around should be dead already and the lenght of the scuffle against ol' brainy would take just as long as Gojo wants to play, which considering he just had to kill thousands of people wouldn't be very much I suppose, especially with a reasonable rage since Kenny uses Geto's body :D

Gojo was truly at the pinnacle of power in the Jujutsu world and when youve been that way for so long, you can practically do anything. He could play the hero or villian and still succeed at it. He is essentially a "superman" of jjk in terms of writing. Could end it all in an instant if it was his desire. Gojo had always lacked the resolve. When you have been at the peak of power all your life, you have no enemies and nothing is personal. You have no disdain for people weaker than you as theyre all the same...just weak. The man had no resolve to save everyone, he just promised that he would exorcize the curses. Had it been personal for Gojo, had he seen them as truly evil beings that are exploiting the weak and needed to be vanquished. Had he actually held a high regard for all human life, had he actually thought that because of his great power, these curses might actually have a plan to detain him, well then....the battle wouldve been over before Mahitos train of disfigured humans came. Instead, Gojo as usual, was more curious than anything to see what they were about to do...thats all. Just curious, cause I mean, hes going to survive the whole ordeal anyways right? Thing about gojos domain is the sure hit effect hits before the domain is fully manifested, making it impossible for kenjaku to actually use simple domain in time. meaning bye bye kenjaku UNLEss he was fast enough to cast his barrier-less domain possible making it a little bit harder for gojo to beat him in an instant. ofc gojo breaking the domain due to his domain being over all more powerfull. and he has ways to counter a barrier less domain (compressing hes to make it stronger). but in that case it could give kenjaku time to cast a simple domain before gojos sure hit effect taking effect after kenjakus domain breakes since it might take a little longer due to gojo putting in some effert to break kenjakus domain.

The scariest version of gojo is when he awakens

In this what if you are ignoring the killing Gojo would cause simply by using any jujutsu in the proximity of non sorcerers. So probably the best course of action would be killing Jogo with a Blue enhanced punches... still someone will die simply be in that station but overall less than the ones who will die simply by Red be activated there and others by be actually hit by Red. I think Hanami, Dagon and Choso are ok as dealing with... probably Dagon would be the easier to deal with as it lacks the technical experitise to use advanced jujutsu compared to the others. Mahito and his transfigured humans are interesting.... the train would arrive in a "clean and safe" station so Gojo will be probably able to intercept the train and deal or with the occupants before the doors even opens (maybe always by his own Domain) or going into the train and dealing with the enemies in there with a couple of well placed blue (someone among the non sorcerers will still be harmed/killed by exposure, far less than an open domain would). For "Geto", I still think Gojo would be pissed and angry also if he killed only a fraction of the people who died in your scenario... still Blue is more than enough to deal with him, maybe a longer approch but a safer one. This is probably the way for a Gojo accepting the deaths of innocients by his own hand would deal with the forces aganist him, while killing the minimum number of bystanders in the process.

The thing is… Gojo doesn’t even need to go all out. He should have played the support role. He can see everything and everyone. They should also have communications… all his job should be is leave it to the First grades and A few second grades. Then when something goes wrong he teleports to the location and teleports back to Shoko. Have them heal up and if he chooses… goes back and one shots them with Red or gives them another chance to finish off their fight. So on and so forth.

actually u got few things wrong but one the most and the point is that curses and kenjakus plan was fot curses to hold him of enough for kenjaku to prepare prison realm and last step was for gojo to go and witness the prison realm it self wich would be last step to open it and if it were open gojo had exactly 60 seacond to escape it range and kenjaku in geto body aproching would prevented him from escaping its range so the prison realm could catch him and hold him of and if curses were to be defeated this quickly gojo wouldnt witness prison realm so kenjaku couldnt have time to show up and if he would show up he would not had time to prepare prison realm for capturing gojo so knowing how good thinking kenjaku is he wouldnt show up at all cus of knowing that plan already failed the moment gojo stopped carring about civilians cus he did stated to jogo that only think keeping them alive would be that gojo would care about civilians (sorry for my english its not at the best level cus im not from england or america again sorry)
