Goku was training with his son goten, when suddenly in the middle of their training, goten would ask goku about his parents, for which goku would answer very confused, suddenly goten for the excitement of wanting to meet his grandparents, he would tell his father to go in search of the dragon spheres, to revive his parents.

No he can't he needs the super dragon balls since the earth dragon balls can't revive a person that died over 1 year and Goku lived 45-48 years so Goku can't they need to make the T.O.P. and they probably got reancarnated again since king yemma said that so yeah this can't happen and this would make any dragon ball fans but it can't happen and maybe porungga can't too and this story has alot of bad grammar like "Shenlong💀" so this can happen but it will almost be impossible and stop saying that I'm a nerd.

The dragon balls only have that limitation when bringing multiple people back to life. If a single person is being brought back at a time there's no limitation on time.
